Only had it for a couple of weeks, but it's working great. Frost free as promised.

Very disappointed. This little gem died conveniently 1 month after the one-year warranty, just like clockwork. Total junk.

Love the color. The size is perfect

It’s really cute but only lasts up to a year. After that, you’ll have a hard time trying to get your warranty to do what it’s supposed to do. The Galanz customer service is horrible! Don’t waste your money. You will regret it!!!!!

I love my "mini" fridge. However, the temp sensor and control panel went out and due to manufacturing cost for the US the replacement parts are not available. I was fully refunded by Galanz but I have this brand-new fridge that I love that I now need throw out basically.

The refrigerator showed up damaged after I opened up the box, there were no visible damages to the outside of the box but after opening it up the top of the refrigerator was broken, the top cap of the refrigerator is made of plastic and the front right corner was missing a piece and a also had a large crack the entire width of the cap

We love the fridge, it is the perfect size and color for our kitchen, and the delivery service was excellent. The two men that delivered it were so friendly and helpful.

We LOVE our new Galanz refrigerator. The color is the most beautiful red. We've designed our entire kitchen around it.

Broke after only 6 weeks. Took customer service (obviously from an over-seas call center) over a week with many emails and phone calls to agree to refund my money - minus delivery charges and what it's going to cost us to have our non-working unit hauled away. Never offered to send anyone out to inspect or repair the unit. Now they say I can expect my refund to arrive in three weeks. Not overly confident it ever will.

We placed this retro refrigerator in an AirBNB. The house is historic and the kitchen is small so we decided to find a refrigerator that would reflect the house. IT IS PERFECT! It is well made and we are converting another rental property to an AirBNB and we will order this frig again!

Crapped out in 8 months. I haven't had a fridge now in a month and the company is stalling my repair. Customer service people say the exact same line every time I call and promise resolution within 2 days. They say they are arranging for a technician but can't say who or where this technician is located.

The absolute worst appliance purchase I have ever made. Didn't work right from the start. After 3 years its completely worthless. The freezer ices. The fridge top shelf used to freeze everything, now it doesn't even get cold. Biggest waste of $600 I have ever spent. It might look cute as a fun retro fridge but it's really not worth it as after only 3 years it's spoiling food and just taking up space! Complete regret.

This company doesn’t sell the replacement parts for their product either. Only a 1 year warranty bc they likely break down after 1 year. Complete waste and not repairable

What is going on with the Quality this days, Not even 2 years and stop working . Very disappointed .

I had this installed in my new kitchen 3 months And it started flickering on and off, the temp setting and lights blink. Then it quit cooling. I lost alot of food while 8 months pregnant. Anyway Galanz is supposed to honor the warranty, and they are not. They couldn’t get someone out here to fix it or test it, so they were just going to refund me, but so far no refund has came. it’s been 2 months since filing for it.

There are so many warning reviews on this frig. Ours just stopped working and no appliance repair company in our area fixes this brand. It is a shame our landfill is filling up with these.
