      A:  Hello, Here are some troubleshooting tips: Ensure that anything added to the fridge is dry and sealed. Introduction of moisture into the fridge will condense on the walls. Ensure that the door is not left open longer than necessary, such as while filling it, as this can cause moisture to condense in the fridge. Ensure that nothing is interfering with the door closing, that food and other items are back sufficiently from the door to not make contact with the door seal or door shelf. Inspect the gasket to be sure that it is properly seated in the groove, and that it is clean with nothing sticking to it. Lastly, you can check the quality of the gasket seal by placing a flashlight inside the fridge, closing the door, and then turning the lights off in the room. There should be no visible light coming out from around the door.         Picked this up from Home Depot. The workers were great and helped load it into our Jeep compass. AJ was the BEST. We got it home and it took 2 of us to move it. It was wrapped well with foam inside the box and was in Perfect condition. It is a BEAUTIFUL refrigerator. Front is a medium to darker stainless color and sides are black vinyl. It's sharp looking and easy to clean. Settings are perfect the way it came. Freezer is ice cold. I let it sit for 24 hours before plugging it in and it fired right up. It's quiet too. Plenty of room inside with nice bluish lighting. Not too big and not too small. Just right. Glad I purchased it. It keeps an overflow of food handy in the basement during these trying times. Highly recommend.

The biggest challenge was that we needed to change the side the door opened on, and it took a lot of work to switch the direction the door opened. The directions were ok, but could have been clearer.           I purchased this fridge for by basement bar. After picking it up and getting it in my basement, I plugged it in and noticed it wasn't getting cold. I unplugged it, plugged it back in and left it for a few hours to come back to a warm fridge/freezer. I called Galanz USA who asked me to do a master reset, wait 24 hours and try again. Unfortunately, that did NOT work either. I called Galanz back who instructed me to take it back to Home Depot and just order another one. I loaded it back up in my truck, took it back and ordered another one. I got the second one home, un-boxed it, plugged it in outside and it immediately fired up. The fridge is a perfect fit, looks stylish and works well now that I have a working one!

            Did not work out of the box. Lemon or issue?
            The fridge had an error code out of the box. It worked briefly after sitting for a couple of hours, but then reverted to the error code. Unplugging for a period of time, resetting controls, etc did not work. Warranty is a bit of a PIA. I called Galanz directly first as that's what the paperwork with the fridge indicated to do - and they indicated Home Depot was responsible for the first 90 days. I call Home Depot and they claim to only deal with it if in the first 24-48 hrs (we were beyond that). So back to Galanz we go. Once again they claimed the 90 day thing, but when I pointed out the paperwork with the fridge indicating to call Galanz they opened a warranty claim. Getting the claim started was relatively simple and it was approved within 24 hrs of submitting the info they wanted. But now it's been 10 days since approval with no further follow-up and I'm still stuck with a fridge that doesn't work.

            Bad fridge from bad company, Galanz
            The refrigerator quit working and Galanz claimed to honor the warranty. They had me send paper and cut off the plug and sent acknowledgement of receipt and have told me a few times that they were going to send the check soon. They have been putting me off for over four months now. I gather that they do not care about their reputation, from complaints I have read on Better Business Bureau.

            Horrible Refrigerator
            I purchased this refrigerator in February, it stopped working in October….it hasn’t even been 12months! The company Galanz is very unprofessional, when I called to report the issue to the warranty department, they took down my information, and promised they would get back in touch with me. They sent me the information for who I needed to be in contact with to get my refrigerator serviced. When I called the company the people didn’t know who and what I was talking about. I provided them with the information along with an authorization code, and they still were unable to help me etc. with that said I reported this company or manufacturer to the Better Business Bureau. I wouldn’t recommend this product to an animal. Every time you call their service all you get is a recorded line. No one never a return your call, and even when you email them, it’s obvious it’s an automated email system generated. These people are horrible along with the service they provide
