Good product. The contractor installed in no time and the finish product looked great.

I found the product to be extremely cost efficient for a big family with a tight budget. In addition I feel like the style of the product gives a higher end feel for only a fraction of the price of other faucets on the market. I feel as if I entirely upgraded my vanity by changing to this product. The knobs are very comfortable to adjust and to turn off and on. I am actually surprised at the quality and durability. Smart move, making affordable high end looking products. This will keep you in business for a long time to come!

First off this unit is very similar to the unit I have in a house I just bought. The model was unknown to me and there were broken pieces in two of the four faucets in my house. Kids probably cranked the handle too much. Regardless. I called customer service for Glacier Bay and they had me send pictures of the broken parts with pictures of the faucet. The faucets were installed in 2005. They researched the unit and sent me parts to repair my faucets FREE. Now that is something I can deal with. I have seen complaints of the finish on units. My four units are not perfect but are in great shape for being 9 years old. The two in the master bathroom are almost like new the one from the kids bathroom have pits but nothing outrageous. My hats off to Home Depot and this project and their customer service. Ron - Massachusetts.

Bought this on 11/15/2008, Had 2 handles warranted for peeling about 2yrs ago, NOW the finish on the faucet itself is corroding and peeling in addition to the cold water valve leaking all over the sink top from under the handle. I called Glacier Bay customer service about the problems and they told me to remove the faucet and return it to Home depot with the receipt for an exchange. That will be tomorrows project!

All the fixtures in our bath are gold tone and it was difficult to find matching fixtures. This was one of the very few gold tone faucets on the market. Very happy with this purchase.

Remodeled Spare Bathroom after having a debilitating stroke 3 years ago. It all started when I learned about a City of Beaverton’s low interest loan program for residence remodeling. I thought that perhaps we should look into the idea of remodeling our spare bathroom. When the house was purchased we turned the spare bathroom into a shower room for my two teenage children. It served its purpose until they went to college, then nobody used it. 1.The first construction quote came in at $7,000 to add in a shower and all the little details to go with it. Then it hit me like a wild thrown baseball, $7,000 for a shower that isn’t needed anymore? 2.So my mind went to work on what was needed and if I could physically do it. Why not have a bathroom again with a bathtub? Why not try to do it myself first, if I fail I can always hire out? It motivated me to try, and to take my time with it. What would have taken a week to complete prior to my stroke, took about 30 days with an hour here and an hour there. Thanks to my wife Judith, for all her assistance. Changed: Floor, Tile, Faucet, Paint Shower to bath only, Toilet, Counter top, Tile trim, Cleaned and waxed chrome items, Safety bar, Added towel rack, Replaced splash guards with wood molding. Judith added button tops to cabinet knobs and new towels with a matching curtain. 3.Laid out what I thought was a process schedule and tried to follow it daily. Sometimes I was too tired to work the next day and sometimes I was happier than a child that just caught his first fish. I didn’t have someone over me pushing me and yelling “hurry up we have a deadline.” When I laid the floor tiles I had a few not stick tightly. I said to myself, tomorrow I will pull those tiles up and add adhesive to properly hold them down…but not until tomorrow, after I rest. So as a result the job came out more professional and proper. I took rust precautions by waxing all the chrome. I am very pleased with the job, saved thousands of dollars, have no debt for the remodel and feel that I have inched up my abilities to another level since my debilitating stroke. I had actually met a deadline that my wife had set on me for a Christmas party but I always reminded myself, if I wasn’t on time, of those famous Miles Davis words…”So What!” 4.If you feel a project might be too much, don’t do it….but then again, how will you know unless you try?

I have three of these brushed nickel faucets, installed them in 2006. Al three work perfectly, two of the three look great, however, the finish on the third one is pitting. I'm just getting ready to contact HD about replacement parts - which in this case will probably be a new faucet. Will keep you posted on the outcome. - Rickk

Perfect for the cost. Looks and works great. The faucet was installed along with a new vanity from HD to give an old bathroom a facelift until a full remodel can be done.

This faucet does not disappoint. I bought one a couple of years ago for one of my bathrooms and I love it. Looks great and works perfectly. Bought two more for my other bathrooms. DONT let the price fool you. So much product for so little!

After couple years the inside if plastic both handles broke and doesn't turn on or off the water, hot and cold handle. If I knew this breaks I wouldn't buy this. I have 4 other glacier bay sinks like this and they all broke the same, no good.

The faucet was packaged well and included all the required accessories and hardware. No blemishes. installation was smooth. Directions included in the box were easy to follow and accurate.

Delivered quickly. Looks great. Haven't had it installed yet so can't speak to its' functionality.
