Ecstatic!
I was so disappointed when my original soap dispenser stopped working. BUT... I was ecstatic when my new, more decorative replacement dispenser arrived in less than a week!!!!

Poor quality. After about 3 months the pump broke. Called Home Depot customer care and they did send a replacement part.
Easy to install. Soap dispenser pump poor quality. Home Depot did send a replacement as they guarantee their products for life.

Worked for a while
We originally purchased the soap dispenser as a unit, soap dispenser, sprayer, faucet. Everything has worked very well with the exception of the soap dispenser. It worked find for approximately a year and would no longer dispense soap, Thinking that the soap may have become too thick, I tried water, to no avail. It was recommended to me to place the nozzle in white vinegar for cleaning. The dispenser worked again for about a week or two.
Now we keep a bottle of liquid soap by the sink.

Shipped it incomplete, very disappointing!
I didn't receive the complete assembly, only the top part (that you push to get the soap) and the bottom bottle, did NOT receive the threaded piece that you need to attach the parts to the sink. When I called customer support, they were less than helpful. I should get the rest of the assembly sometime in the next 3 weeks, we'll see. Very disappointing!!
