This was an easy do it yourself install and now I have a toilet I only have to flush once every time and it works perfectly thank you to the product and the design team.

We installed this in our brand new bathroom, new plumbing and all. Not even 2 months after, toilet started constantly clogging, causing water to back up in the bathtub. Soon after the toilet clogs began, the toilet wouldn't stop running... So, after several service calls (5x) and 3 diff plumbers, we tracked it down to this faulty toilet. Don't risk it! Don't buy!

I got a high water bill. It was toilet leak. See picture how high the water level comes. I just installed toilet 9 months ago. Waste of money and water!

This is a nice solid Toilet i have one in another bathroom in my home. I went out to get a second one and this time i get it home, lug it up to the second floor, everythings prepped, low and behold, no instructions, wax ring or Hardware whatsoever in a seemingly new looking box… Not happy about having to make another trip to THD..

My old Expensive TOTO toilet became loose at the tank was loose and leaking, the water fill valve was also running intermittently. I called a plumber who gave me an estimate of $800 to fix it and $1100 to replace it. I went to Home Depot and bought a glacier bay toilet. It was easy to install, the flush is strong and it looks nice in my downstairs bathroom, so I'm Happy 😊

Easy to install. Comes with everything you need, no need to buy a wax ring it comes with it. I was surprised how powerful the flush is. I a completely satisfied with my purchase.

Toilet was delivered and placed in front of front door. Delivery instructions said garage door. I can not move. Eed immediate help to move.

I was hesitant to buy at firsf since there seems to be a couple of negative reviews. I own an old house with two toilets, one was leaking internally, the other one would clog most of the time. I replaced the one leaking yesterday with a powerflush unit, the difference is night and day! Such a quiet toilet with a strong flush! Installation was easy, no more water wasting due to leak, and the elongated design is very great! I've bought another one today to replace the second toilet in my house, it's that impressive of a toilet!

Definitely a high-quality toilet that can handle low water pressure and tons of use. I checked consumer reports before purchasing and this was a recommended toilet. I also would highly recommend it.

Would I recommend this toilet? Yes. It flushed great! BUT... The flush valve seal is garbage. Within 6 months, the toilet was leaking about 1/3" of water every 20 min. The edge of the seal was bubbled up on one side. Home Depot does not sell it, and it is almost impossible to find online. Kohler makes a seal the same size and it works. Also, because of the inner tank, you can't drop a standard size chlorine tablet in the reservoir.

I would give this 4.8 stars, it was super easy to install. The flush is amazing. The packaging and instructions are flawlesss. My only negative is the seat! It feels a bit hard and uncomfortable! Maybe I will get used to it. Overall, this is a nice clean toilet that flushes impecably with little water. I bought this toilet on Nov 11, 2023 at Home Depot, Ancaster, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

My 30 year old toilets in the home needed replaced badly. This toilet has a lot of great reviews so I thought I would give it a try and replace the 3 I have! Easy to install. And the flush is amazing. The refilling is very quiet. Definitely a great purchase. So far so good. 👍

I purchased this toilet over a year ago and not even a year worth of use my toilet was draining water slowly down the bowl. I called the customer service and we did some diagnosing over the phone and they said it was probably due to cracked porcelain. I added blue food dye in the tank and notice it slowly leaking out from the vacuum power hole. They sent me a new flapper valve which I had to install. Barely one year of use and I already have to replace? Not reliable

Toilet is not convenient to return as it is installed. This was bought based on the hype that this could flush up to 6 tennis balls. I had it professionally installed. I have to fully flush at least 3 times every time and paper will not all disappear which is not economical or convenient. After a couple hours there's almost no water in the base so I have to flush it just to clean it. This brand of toilet is NOT as advertised and very deceiving.

I am very impressed with this toilet as it does flush with great force, and very importantly leave quite a bit of water in the bowl, so that the next person who deposits a deuce in the bowl does not leave racing stripes in the bowl.

Overall, this toilet seems perfect and works as should. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because there is writing on the side of the tank that will NOT come off. Not sure why it’s even there. I also had a difficult time to get the tank to be solid sitting on the base. It still wiggles and moves and as it said, do not tighten too tight or you will have damage. I put it as tight as I could but still moves.

This toilet had 4 total holes in the base --- 2 on each side (see picture). Plus the surface where the holes were was depressed, not flat as shown in display picture and on the carton. I checked 2 boxes and both were the same. I have never sen a toilet like this. Ended up buying a Kohler.

Easy to install works excellent

This toilet flushes flawlessly, saves water simply because you aren't double flushing as you would with a lot of 1.28 gallon toilets, and is one of the least expensive toilets on the market. When you read the reviews eliminate the the 1 ratings simply because there is a percentage of the population that's going to complain no matter. One actually complained that it was the most over engineered flush valve they ever saw.....That's a problem? It IS the most over engineered flush valve I've seen and that's why It is the only toilet I will buy. I'm building a new home this year and I specifically called for this toilet to be installed.

Tip: Make sure to tighten the wingnuts under the tank snug. Otherwise, the flush will not syphon. Had to troubleshoot this issue at first, but that resolved it for me. Toilet is fantastic. Quality seat included. Package co tains everything needed to install. Best toilet in my opinion and likely performs better than more expensive toilets out there.

This toilet flushes so well, I love the height and the power it has for the minimal water usage, this has to be the best toilet on the market for home use. And it is very quiet and fills the tank nice and quick also
