We have owned this toilet less than two years and it will not stop running and we can't find a replacement flap device. Worst design I've ever seen in a tank. Oh and it does get stopped up.

Very Impressive. The height takes the pressure off your legs. Quick flush with great force. Just what we need without the return of waste. However, I only had it just 2 weeks so far. We will see what the future holds. Great product.

If you receive your kit complete and undamaged and this toilet satisfies your specifications, then you'll find that the toilet works as advertised. The installation was easy as it can get - hopefully your plumbing and flooring is of good quality as mine was, avoiding costly water damage or additional work installed a new toilet plumbing base. Make sure your toilet is level in both directions. I had to use shims. The installation instructions were good - make sure you read them twice so you don't miss anything important. The flush is strong, better than the toilet I replaced with had done an adequate job. The flush is pretty quiet as is the fill which is almost silent. Slow-close seat works for me as it is slow and all I have to do it is start closing it a little and it does its thing. No slamming of the seat and top by mistake! I would definitely buy this toilet again - excellent value and design.

This toilet flushing design lacks power, it creates a soup of the waste contents and leaves tissue floating, requiring a second flush. For a toilet that aims for water conservation, this is defeating the purpose. The problem is repeated many times. The tank components come pre-assembled and the only thing you need to do is adjust water height so there is not much error on user installation that could be attributing to the lack of performance. I gave it maximum water level in the tank float adjustment and still it does not have the flushing power it claims (7 billiard balls). I installed a second toilet from Glacier Bay for cheaper in a different part of the house and it flushes way better than this 're-engineered' more expensive model. It claims it uses vacuum-assist technology for increased power.

This is the first time I have ever done any kind of plumbing work in our house where I did not have to immediately put in a homeowners flood claim. The installation was quite easy and now our problems are all behind us.

Ba-woosh! This toilet has strong suction power. 4-show. Looks quite elegant as well. I'm satisfied with this product.

Great toilet with excellent powerful flush. Just what we needed for our half bath. Installation was easy and the Bilt app works well. My luck had me looking at it on March 31st when it was listed at $139, then went the next day and it was $159. Still worth every penny of it.

Uses very little water and has powerful but quiet flush..

After spending two weeks looking at three big box stores and doing a lot of online research, I ending up with this modestly priced toilet. And I am VERY HAPPY that I bought it. It has a high water level in the bowl, a quiet bit powerful flush, and it was the easiest installation that I have had of 7 or 8 that I have installed to-date. The only suggestion - don’t use the wax ring. Buy the rubber one in the aisle with the toilet supplies - much less chance of leaking! This toilet is well thought out and a bargain for the price!

Installed this today and one of the floor bolts broke after I had the toilet already in place. Good thing I had a spare set which are much stronger than the ones supplied.

Toilet was easy to assemble by myself. The flush power is great! Placed 2 plastic shims under the back of toilet to make it super sturdy!

With two growing boys, we needed a product that is going to last and give us the least amount of probs. We don’t plan on flushing a bunch of billiard balls, but so far so good! Husband installed it easily.

I am not a plumber but I have installed 10-12 toilets through the years. Also, I’ve been using them all of my life (except for those early diaper days). This toilet is a very straightforward install and comes extremely well packaged in the box. Good buy!

Easy to install. The seat is plastic, not a fan. And the bowl itself WAS much smaller than previous one. Has a great flush...but is not "Extremely quiet", as stated. The 'footprint' of this GB did not cover the previous one.

The bowl collect a lot of water after flush, which means your pee will splash on your butt no matter how you sit on it. For female this easily to get UTI, and a wet butt each time you pee. A $300 waste for a big lesson. Never buy this toilet!

Nice looking toilet, great height. After a few months it started leaking from the base because the wax ring was worn out. 2 weeks later, I woke up at 2 am with the on and off sound of an "open faucet", toilet tank was cracked from top to bottom.

Great toilet! They're not kidding about the power flush. Wish I could say I got this water-efficient toilet to save the environment, but actually my old wax ring was failing and questionable water was slowly leaking under the floor. I figured I might as well replace the toilet if I'm going to replace wax ring. My old toilet was from the 1960s?, maybe older, and this is a huge improvement. It's quieter, stronger, sleeker, and uses so much less water. It actually sticks out less than the old round bowl despite being elongated. The flush kind of reminds me of an airplane toilet. It's not THAT frighteningly strong, but also not that far off. There's no swirling water. It's just there and gone in a few seconds. My only criticisms, just small things... I don't like the chair height. I'm 5'3 and have to sit, feet on my tiptoes with the seat digging into my legs. Also, the closer you are to squatting, the more natural your... evacuation (seriously, there is research on this). It's a moot point though, because practically all the toilets on the market now are chair height. Secondly, the nuts for the toilet flange bolts are tiny. I guess the slots in my old-timey toilet flange are larger because the nuts went right in and would not secure the bolts. I had to use washers from the old toilet. It wouldn't kill them to add two washers. Lastly, and maybe I'm doing something wrong, but the toilet bolt caps are supposed to "snap on" as per the instructions. Mine just sit on top and wont snap on to anything. All in all, I'm really happy with it. In a 1-toilet house, I'm putting a lot of faith in my 1 toilet and I have confidence in this. The affordable price doesn't hurt either!

I love this GLACIER BAY POWER FLUSH 2 PIECE 1.28 GPF SINGLE FLUSH ELONGATED TOILET IN WHITE WITH SLOW CLOSE SEAT MODEL N2450E! It was easy and quick to instal. The instructions are well done, accurate, easy to read, follow and understand with large well done diagrams. The hardware is made of good standard quality material. Some hardware is pre-assembled like the seat hinge insert and the tank to bowl hardware making installation easier and quicker. I did not use the included wax ring so I can't comment on that other than it's a standard wax ring that was in perfect shape. The hardware is good standard quality. The slow/soft close seat and lid have operated smoothly and quietly (see my video). The underside of the seat has 4 hard yet soft stops that offer great support when sitting on the seat and aids in the seat closing without a sound when it makes contact to the bowl (nice!). The sitting height means less leg pain/cramping for them and is more comfortable for everyone. I love the powerful, quick flush and the very quiet re-fill of the tank after a flush (see my video here https://youtu.be/pLAsl6fwpnI)! The quieter flush and very quiet refill is the main reason I bought this for the Grandparents. The old one was opposite a bedroom and the sound disturbed them for years... NOT NO MORE! They are so happy I talked them into letting me replace it. I am very pleased with quality of material, construction, design, look and performance of this toilet. 5 stars and recommended. Bought this tiolet over a year ago. I have nothing but problems with it clogging and slow draining issues. Fed up with it this weekend and went and bought a new one. This has to be the most expensive flower pot I ever bought because that is the only thing it is good for. What a piece of crap.

Replaced older 3.5 GPF toilets installed by builder 30+ years ago. Loved the BILT 3-D installation video as a quick refresher to install. When I first opened the box, a BILT scan code sheet was taped to the top of the interior packaging and I scanned it with my phone and was taken directly to the animated installation video. Like the Power Flush feature with the Niagara Stealth Technology. Took me about 40 minutes to remove the old toilet and install the new toilet so anyone can do it. The only thing I had an issue with was that I had a portable toilet hand rail installed on the old toilet because she is elderly. It was installed under and behind the toilet seat, but because of the sleek new design, the toilet hand rails adapter plate no longer fit. No problem because I can mount small hand rails to the wall next to the toilet to assist her if needed. I am impressed by the fast and powerful flush and just like watching it WHOOSH. The old 3.5 GPF toilet was slow and took 8-10 seconds to swirl around and sometimes needed a double flush. The new toilet WHOOSHes and only takes 2 seconds to clear the bowl. Hope the Stealth Technology lasts and long time and doesn't need expensive maintenance.

So far we've had it in for a few months and it's working well. No double flushes needed that I know of. Seems the pressure and then the actual extra suction that it produces seems to do the job for us so far.

So after putting up with an older model toilet that took 3 attempts to get the kids to go for the ride down the water slide it was time to upgrade the amusement park ride! This toilet did the trick in a jiffy! The kids are all smiles when they disappear down the ride! So about the toilet, it's in the box almost all assembled sans the back the of the water tank. Unlike in the instructions that walk you through placing the gasket on the water tank for me it was already installed so expect less work than what instructions state. It came with a wax ring (donut) in the box with all the necessary brass bolts to attach the tank to the flange on the floor. Also to note the the plastic caps that finish the look to place over the bolts are very high allowing you to cap the bolts without having to cut the remaining bolt threads which is a great touch since I've usually always had to cut the bolts to put the caps on with several other toilets! You don't get a water supply line which is usually the case with any toilet so inspect your line to see if it's going to either be replaced or the current one will be good. The soft close seat included is very comfortable and works great plus there is a nice feature that once you install it you can pull the seat off easily to really clean the toilet! It works very easy and is definitely a really good feature! The flush is very effective, it's not loud at all either but the water flow is very concentrated and the side walls get a lot of water passed over allowing the bowl to get a good clean as it works! Being that it's also elongated and high also adds to the greatness of the toilet! I don't understand why we still build rounded bowl toilets, they are so uncomfortable and the hole is too small to be useable! I guess the only good point of a round toilet is for children really so if that's the case then consider a round bowl otherwise never buy anything than the elongated!

This is a good looking toilet and I think the power flush feature is awesome. Replaced my cast iron flange with a twist and set, also used a Korky Gasket instead of wax. Flange wasnt entirely level but I had no problems. Only somewhat problematic thing I noticed is the fact that tightening the tank bolts to the most I feel comfortable still results in a wobbly tank if any pressure is applied at all. Secure a tank fixes it but it shouldnt be an issue in the first place

No more anxiety while flushing. We as women need more toilet papar to wipe and flush and since my Husband loves the thicker toilet paper we had alot of clogs and overflow. No more of that woth these toilets. Got a plumber on Thumbtack to install 2 toilets

Just bought from Home Depot-and installed yesterday. Home Depot needs to review their specs. This toilet is actually 17 inches tall from seat to floor NOT 16.5. It’s perfect for us but it would have made our search for a taller toilet easier if you had listed your Specs correctly. Word of wisdom, if you can, just go to the store and looks that toilets measurements. This is a perfect toilet for a tiny bathroom and for taller folks.

Who would had thought looking for the perfect toilet will be so hard to do!? I had my toilet for over 15 years and I finally had to replace it. I just wasn't so sure what to look for. I know for sure, I wanted a toilet that was tall in height and easy to get off of. Saw this in store, the price was great! Eventhough I purchased it, I still wasn't sure until I read the reviews and decided to keep it. It is tall in height and easy to get off of. The flush is amazing and I love the slow close feature. It's a couple of things that I'm not too happy with, but eventually I will get used too: One being that the toilet bowl is not deep as I will like it and the Elongated shape. Again, something that I will have to get use too. I soo use to my old toilet! I definitely recommend this toliet!

Great price, easy to install, efficient, quiet and powerful! What more could I ask for?? Kids kept clogging our Kohler 1.6gpm flush toilet. Installed this one, no more clogs. Very strong flush. Very quiet fill. Easy close lid included. Tool less installation. Everything included except the water line. Super happy with this purchase, I hope they keep this model around for a long time so I can buy it for my renovation projects!

I have been living with a "low rider" toilet for over a decade. Now that I am older and my kids are grown, I thought it was time to upgrade to a higher, more powerful model. This is exactly what I needed. It flushes with confidence and is a comfort to sit on - and get up from! The cost is very affordable and it looks great in my newly refurbished bathroom. I highly recommend this model to the home owner that is looking for an affordable solution to the "low rider" dilemma.
