The door not closing evenly is most commonly caused by an improper installation so please call us for assistance if you are having issues with the functionality of the unit. The body housing has some elasticity to it so it does not become brittle over time and if you push it into an uneven opening you will distort the case. We want you to be satisfied so please call customer support if you need additional support or wish to return the unit.

For assistance with shimming the wall to fit better please refer to the installation manual or give customer service a call and we can help."
