We value your feedback, and we’d like to help you the best way possible. Your Nest thermostats are trying to communicate with each other, and there’s something that must have been missed during the pairing. You can try this troubleshooting steps to fix the issue:
- Remove the Nest Learning Thermostat from the home that you are not going to use. Go to Nest App>Tap the Nest Learning Thermostat icon>Settings>Remove (at the bottom).
- On the thermostat itself, reset the WWN connection. Go to Settings>Reset WWN connection, and wait for the thermostat to reboot completely.
- Connect your Nest Learning Thermostat to your Wi-Fi manually.
- Add the Nest Learning Thermostat on your preferred structure.
