Real Quality
Wow!...recieved my cordless blower vac and when I opened the box and grabbed the handle it feels like real quality. snapped on the attachments checking fit and again...quality. It does every bit as good of a job as my old gas blower/vac which gave out due to some sort of a fuel delivery issue. Real happy with this.

Not practical in hot climates
If you live in a really hot climate, this product is NOT for you. I followed all the instructions...fully charged the battery before using it, and after about 15 minutes of use, the motor died. After many attempts to figure out the problem, I noticed in the instructions under “technical data,” that blower operation temperature range tops off at 104 degrees F. Does little good if you live in Arizona!

To extend your run time, try using it on a lower speed when high speed is not a requirement. When used at high speed, the battery will drain quicker than expected as this unit does draw quite a bit of power on high, however, the run time can be extended by using it at a lower speed. Alternatively, additional batteries can be purchased to extend the run time. This unit is compatible with all 40-Volt G-MAX batteries. Great yard maintenance tool
I specifically bought this tool for vacuuming leaves. We have several trees that shed leaves on our lava and river rock landscaped front yard. After charging I started picking up leaves not rocks so I was extremely pleased. As I continued dirt possibly from mulching started blowing up to my face, making it difficult to breathe. Next time I wore a mask which helped but particles of dirt covered the mask.

Heavy for an old woman!
I’ve only used it once and it worked pretty good. I’m an older woman and tried to empty the bag. Went to the instructions and there aren’t any.
If somebody can tell me that would be great!

Cleaning instructions can be found in the owner's manual page 18 under "maintenance".
Cleaning the bag: Remove the battery pack
1. Empty the bag after each use to avoid deterioration and obstructing air flow, which will reduce the performance of the mulcher.
2. Wearing eye protection and a dust mask, clean the bag as needed. Turn the bag inside out after initial emptying and vigorously shake out dust and debris.
3. Wash the bag once a year, or more often if needed.

Such a time saver!
I have been using this blower/vac for about a year and just love it. When I am faced by a lot of leaves, I blow or rake them into piles, remove the bulk of them by hand into bins but then finish off with the vac. It is such a time saver and gives a wonderful finish. The tool is easy to switch from blow to vac and I like the way it takes a 2V or 5V battery. it's also good that I can turn it right down to a gentle setting so I can really gather piles of leaves without blowing them everywhere, eg along a path.

Really like the two variable speeds. The high speed has just as much velocity as my old gas powered blower. Very light weight and quiet; and the 4.0 Ah battery seems to keep its charge for a good time.

Love this blower! Have used it to clear garage, driveway...
Love this blower! Have used it to clear garage, driveway and walks. Haven’t used it to blow/suck /mulch wet leaves yet. Light weight, easy to assemble, last 20 plus mins on highest level of blowing. Would highly recommend this blower.

The blower is less noisy than the regular gas powered...
The blower is less noisy than the regular gas powered versions. I've used it mainly to blow off my patio and porches. I'm able to complete the job in one charge. The battery charges pretty quickly. I'm satisfied with this purchase.

3+ Years and still going strong
I have had this blower for a little over three years, and it still works perfectly. It's nice to see tools that are well built and designed to last. The battery gives more than enough power to blow the leaves in a pile and then vacuum them all up.
