Your customer service was the best, you went above and beyond! Thank you for being observant and noticing the shipping damage on the first door we received. You even showed us a few rub marks on the second door but we decided to live them since they aren't that noticeable. You are a master at what you do, your work is neat, and you clean up when done! You are such a nice guy and a pleasure to work with! You did a beautiful job installing our door, it is stunning!

I came to Home Depot website. Purchased door i wanted on Saturday. Worked on switching hinge side on Sunday and watched install video on Youtube. Installed myself on Monday. Easy install considering how doublewides are made. So, so happy! Disabled veteran, senior citizen. I do recommend taking glass out of door during install. A lot lighter lift.

My brother installed the copper colored door and I love it! It was a easy install for him for he is a regular Mcggivver. However the door looks great, and yes I would recommend.

The installer was very professional , quick and cleaned up very well. He gets a five star also.

I wanted a security door that had a screen and glass that I could change. This door has removable panels that alliw for that. It is very sturdy and secure but still very attractive. I will be buying for my front door soon. I did have it professionaly installed becsuse it was so heavy.

Well built, sturdy security door. Installation was straightforward. Looks great.

Copper color is actually a brown which worked out better as we have brown trim on the house. I like the door. installed on back, so much I'm thinking of installing one on the front door too. Very solid and heavy, but the curved lower and upper bars could have been designed a few inches closer to frames to prevent a small person from squeezing through.

I purchased a 32" interior & exterior door for home improvements to my utility room. I am VERY satisfied with the look. Because everything was stripped down and re-built, I wish I would have purchased a 36" to have the extra room when bringing large items into the house.

Installation: My two doors were installed by a Home Depot Vendor (or Sub-Vendor). Installation did not take long, even though the installer had to make a couple of modifications based on the prior installation of non-security screen doors. Appearance: The contrast of the black security doors with the white background of my primary door is excellent, particularly since all of my window and back porch awnings are white and trimmed in black. The door design lends the appearance of an non-security type door, which is great. Choice of color (black): I initially thought the color would not work. I would have been correct if the contrast of the rest of the home did not include primary white color with black trim. In the absence of black-trim, white doors would have been a better choice. Value: The cost was not overly burdensome. in comparison, I purchased my front security screen door from Home Depot approximately 10 years ago. That one was installed by me and a family member, and was difficult to install, and cost about twice as much as the combination of "both" of the doors that were installed this time around, even including installation costs. Recommendation: if someone asks for a recommendation for the installation of this type of door from Home Depot, I would STRONGLY recommend it. Pre-purchase Recommendation: I recommend that the buyer confirm the correct measurements prior to making the purchase. I took the chance that my measurements were correct, and they were. I can only imagine the problems that the installer would have had if my measurements had been incorrect. Make sure the pre-purchase measurements are performed correctly prior to purchase.

Nice door with tempered glass window and screen. The only problem was the pneumatic stopper was broken and missing a part and now I have to go back to the store and get another pulled from another box. It wasnt notice until the door was fully installed. Ugh…

Nice heavy door haven’t noticed any issues

First of all, it was delivered to the wrong address, and secondly it was delivered with box arrows pointed upside down with the parts coming out. Disappointing

I’m a door installer and found this security door to be very good quality . I was pleased with whether insulation that it has and how air tight they are

Striped screw and rust

The door needs some upgrades to be considered "Security Door" Had to buy more window clips for better security and center window held in with plastic piece rather than medal.

This door has a substantial locking mechanism but a terrible design feature in that the glass or screen can be easily breached and a hand just reach in and unlock the door. The bars are placed too wide apart, especially using the screen option as it is a thin window screen such as found in any common window. Not my idea of a security door. I am disappointed.

This brand all you need is a screwdriver and there goes your “ security”. The hardware is on the outside . We took 2 back thinking we got faulty doors. They need to go back to the old brand they used to carry.

Really like the look and style. The photo looks black, but the website shows a red color. It is neither. If looks black in the shade, but when light hits it it is a very dark copper/branze color. Reversing the hinge was a slight challenge, but the company has good instructional videos. Prepare for a couple hour project if this is not something you do on the regular.

Good quality door that seals great, will really help keep cold out this winter. Also provides added security and looks great! Only issue I had was with the curb-side pickup, sat in spot for close to 20 minutes with no service, finally went inside to service desk and it still ended up taking another 25 minutes to locate door and I had to move truck for loading. NOT WHAT I WOULD CALL CURB-SIDE!

This is a solid door and is hug in one pice- and helps on being square one the rest of installation is done. Closes with a solid noise- I really like this door.
