We purchase this beautiful door in May. It arrive about 2wks after ordering it online, we were so excited, to get it, but when the installer took it out of the box it was bent. The installer said, it would have to be returned to the manufacture. It took another 3wks. It was well worth the wait! Security plus Curb appeal, we get so many people wanting to know where did we get it. WE LOVE IT

This screen door comes with 2 glass panels and 1 insect screen panel. It would be nice if you could choose which panels you want since the 3rd screen becomes waste. Otherwise, this door is beautiful and we have received many compliments on it. It's also quite sturdy.

I received the door and the frame was bend. Ordered another one and when I picked it up I looked it over good or so I thought. After I installed it we saw a spot about the size of a half dollar that wasn't power coated. This was very noticeable due to the rust. I took brass brush clean it. primed it, and then painted the door. For the price I was paying I don't think I should have gone through all this trouble.

Love it!! I had a handy man install it. The issues he had were that the door knobs on the new door were knocking into the knobs on my primary door. He was able to solve this by putting the handle knob of the new door into the top slot and the deadbolt into the bottom. Cut an IN. off the bottom sweep

Wonderful door! Gracious style, while still heavy and secure. Too bad the packaging arrived torn in places and the frame dented, but my contractor was able to straighten it out.

So far, not good! I will be happy to revise this review if I ever receive a door that is not damaged. I have now received 2 doors shipped to store that have come damaged. Talk about beyond frustrating. Not only that, but I'm paying a contractor his time to pick it up, only to have to re-order another door.

Love my new door! It is very heavy and installed in about 4 hour start to finish! Did the double keyed deadbolt so as to be able to lock from both sides to eliminate someone from reaching in and unlocking it. The kwikset knobs in bronze looks perfect with the door
