Thank you for your feedback and we understand your frustration. There are many things that can affect drainage of a roof area. The pitch of the roof, gutter size and gutter slope can all be factors during heavy rainfall. In some cases, where larger roof areas drain into one gutter and/or there are excessive gutter lengths in between downspouts, oversized gutters are commonly used to accommodate the extra waterflow. You could also consider adjusting the gutter so that the slope allows for better drainage. Please feel free to contact GutterStuff with any questions or information, (414) 446-8778.
