Arrived with cracked handle. Not sure Hoody, talented individual who put it into the box was. Pretty sure it was correct before it was mailed.

The last one broke but we loved it so much we bought another one

I have purchased two of these mops for typical household cleaning chores. My entire home has hardwood flooring and the mop is used daily for dusting and wet mopping. The fitting on the mop head that screws on to the handle has broken on two separate mops under typical floor cleaning use. The threaded fitting is made of molded plastic and develops a crack that loosens and the head falls off. The fitting is unrepairable and the mop is useless after the damage occurs. Poor Quality Design for Task

It does the job as required

Easy to mop and clean but the base just broken after around forth use.

Best mop broom combo, I can safeuse it on my hard wood floors without worrying. The flipping makes it super easy to use and store away.

The mop doesn’t fully clean the floor. It only gets dirty on the edges. The pole attachment to the mop is plastic and split.

This mop is great! It pivots and flips around easily. The handle is a little short- I switched over to my extendable paint handle. It cleans really well, too. That being said, it’s a beast to wring the water out of it. It’s too long to twist effectively and you’ll have water running down your elbows. I was hoping there would be some suggestions in the Q&A, but no. I feel like I need an old fashioned wringer to feed it thru. If I could overcome this, it would be perfect.

The item works well and easy to use

It’s light weight and rotates good for indoor offices and homes. Best use as a dry mop collects all dust and debris. The refill mop head is washable. However, the rotor seems pretty flimsy and can break easily. Not good for heavy duty debris.
