Picked it up at the store and opened the boxes at home to inspect. There was no damage which was a great way to start the project.Was an easy product to work with and we completed a 15'x12' room in a day.Everyone who has seen the flooring comments on how nice it looks.

It's hard to definitively say whether I'd recommend this product. It looks great and the fit/finish is nice, however like others have stated, the surface layer scratches really easily and the scratches are difficult to remove, if not impossible. At times it is hard to predict what will scratch it. Walking on it in shoes with heels? Probably not. Slide a wood chair (empty) without pads on the feet definitely will scratch it. Floor standing speakers that are natural wood or even veneer will gouge the top layer. The plastic wheels from a vacuum cleaner lefts some good scratches as well. We like the color and the ease of installation (about 1250 sq ft). Also like the matte finish as it doesn't give off a lot of glare with natural, direct, and indirect lighting. But knowing how easily it can be scratched I don't think I would purchase this again. For the price though, it was definitely a good value. We also use the recommended water/rubbing alcohol to clean up small spills, but have found the Bona spray cleaner (or associated mop) does a great job and leaves no discoloration. Would be nice to be able to use a steam cleaner in the hard to clean areas, such as where something was dropped and left for days, or high traffic areas. The Maintenance and Care Guide clearly states to not use a steam cleaner on this product. We found a good alternative was to heat up a cloth dampened with water in the microwave for 10-15 seconds then apply it to the dried-up spill (keeping moisture away from the seams) for a few seconds. Pretty much everything has cleaned off, with the exception of the scratches/gouges. To recap, it looks nice, the price was right, it installed easily, but it is way to prone to scratching/scratches. You have to be very care with anything you set on it.

The floors looked gorgeous and the variable length of the panels added some fun character to the floor :) We love it!

The flooring was relatively easy to install and it looks beautiful. However, I wish it was a little more resilient. If you have kids or pets it might not be the best choice but otherwise great flooring.

The installers complained that the hardwood flooring was very difficult to install and it took them three days to do two rooms.

Great flooring for the price. Installation was easy and the pieces fit well. Worked as well as the flooring I put in our living area for 1/2 the price.

This product is beautiful! The floor looks awesome, but it does not hold up to scratches. It does ok with my dog who has longer nails that clock on the floor... BTU my 4 year old is another story! ANYthing that is dragged on the floor will scratch it easily. I don't know if this is because it's matte finish, but just beware when you but it!

Looks beautiful and pretty easy to install

It has been a year since I put down 1100 sq. feet on slab. All of the reviews are correct. In the box you will get random lengths with most being the shortest. It is not always the same mix, depending on the run. You can end up with only one 4ft plank in a case though. You will get mostly 2 and 3ft lengths. It goes down easy and looks good except for the wide color changes. Also since the edges are not beveled, the floor as a whole sometimes reminds me of the cheap wood. One thing to consider is this wood will scratch very easy and you will notice. If you put anything abrasive against it, shoes, furniture or claws, it will show. If I had known how easy it is to scratch, I would have picked something else. What every you pick, by on a case first and test it first if possible.

Looks nice and was easy to lay BUT scratches very easily. The quality of this product makes it “handle with care” so do yourself a favor and spend a little extra money for something else. It looks nice when down but I’m afraid to live with it, it’s going to get beaten up in no time.

The flooring was good quality, minimal damage from shipping and interlocking joints fit tightly for a clean uniform appearance BUT was expecting 47.7" lengths with a few random lengths . What i got in 3 boxes was 6 4 pieces approximately 24" length, 3 pieces approximately 4 8" length, 3 pieces approximately 1 8" length and 3 pieces approximately 3 0" length which made installation difficult or impossible according to instructions and best floor laying practice. Virtually impossible to install with 6" minimum offset of ends with no running bond or stair step layout. Acacia is a small tree and I suppose I got a bunch of scrap on the special order!

Too slippery on feet. Matte powdery sound it makes while walking is annoying.

Nice color but flimsy. Delicate edges that easily break. Could not find matching stair edge.

If the person was starting a new project then yes this flooring is nice. I was trying to replace existing flooring, color perfect, the parts that snap together did not match what I already had.

The box I received did not resemble the example on display in the store. It was far too’busy’I returned it.
