I looked a long time before I found a light colored, engineered wood to be applied directly to concrete. I'm an architect and very particular and I've been very happy with this product. The color differentiation is more subtle than it looks in the photos. I had it installed by others. I have had no problems with scratching. I will say that a couple of years ago, I paid significantly less than the current price. I don't know how the price now compares to other products.

This flooring is beautiful! However, do not put a thick underlayment under it, as the ends to not lock together (see pictures)! We put a thicker underlayment, that was recommended for engineered hardwood, and ended up having to take up all 1800 square feet, remove the underlayment, and reinstall! Wasting lots of time and over $500! The other issue is with quality control. Too many boards had black stuff under the finish. I'd say at least one piece for every 2 boxes. Not a ton but it adds up.

I’ve had the new floors now for about 8 months. They look well and are easy to clean. I do see some streaks when cleaning the floor with a slightly damp microfiber mop. The floor sweeps and dusts very easily. They make my kitchen and living room look amazing. It brings warmth to the room. I prefer this look to the grey floors that are so popular now.

Flooring is beautiful,made such a difference in how the house looks.

We ordered 56 boxes to install in our new house. these are super nice looking, fits perfectly with the style we are aiming for. No issues!

I purchased the hand scraped acacia flooring from the canton Home Depot on Ford road in Canton Michigan. Everyone there was so helpful. I picked my flooring, the installers came out about a month after I purchased the flooring. They did a super nice job. I love my new floors. Thank you Manager Brad and Jill for being so helpful to me.

This floor is gorgeous. Very happy with purchase. Was concerned after reading some reviews but after installing I was convinced the negative feedback was inserted by a competitor. Great feel and look and cleans easily. Highly recommend!

I find the negative reviews of this product incredulous. It is simple to install, and it is quite sturdy. I accidentally dropped boards, dropped tools onto them, and did not cause any damage to the product. Its beautiful, varied in hue, and makes for a solid floor. I cant imagine how much abuse those reviewers had to deliver to damage it as described. Very pleased with it!

Replaced flooring throughout my entire main level with this product. It was a bit tricky to install and required transition strips in long runs but looks beautiful and is durable.

We just installed this in our bedroom and office. It is a great product and looks great. the one thing we would say though is the display in the store was not the same as what came in the box. The natural tones in the store display were overall much lighter than what is on our floor. It still looks good but we wish we had known about this before we bought the product. Unfortunately we had someone install it and we didn't see it until the floor was done.

The look of this product is great with tight locking and mixed grains. Installation was the easiest i have ever put down .Will use again in my dining room . Thanks for a great product with a good price per sq foot.

I can’t believe the deal on this flooring. I installed a laminate floor for more than this and the experience was horrible. This floor went together easily and was gorgeous. I got a laminate cutter which was much more efficent than the miter saw I’ve used in other projects. The floor is matte in sheen and can be scratched, so I bought a poly coating that shined them up gorgeously while protecting them. Each box has similar floor pieces, so I pulled from three boxes at a time to avoid dark/light patterns in the floor. Someone in a review said these were flimsy. They aren’t. In fact, my purple belt karate skills likely can’t chop one in half. The quality control for these is excellent. Over 50 boxes and every single piece was usable. I teach a college course on quality control and this type of excellence is rare. I will definitely purchase this for any other project. I have absolutely no regrets and feel like I got a deal I didn’t deserve.

The actual product assembly was not too bad. you get to pick and choose were the joints go and that is about all the rest is terrible. 01. If you like walking on the finished floor that sounds like you are walking on broken glass or crackling ice then this is the floor for you 02. I bought 43 boxes of this flooring and about every 14 boxes are the same limiting a decent pattern not in less you like your floor to look like you climbing a ladder as in the pictures below. 03. called the company to question this they won't take to you because I bought it from homedepot. you have to look for a number to customer service or take them to go to homedepot to start a complaint the flooring co. sends you a email to fill out a complaint form 04. then you wait for a another flooring co. come out inspect the flooring 05. 3 weeks later you get a letter from the manufacture on the flooring stating this does not fall under a warranty claim Sooooo save yourself the time and effort and STAY AWAY FROM TIME BRAND all the pictures look like they are the same pictures they are 3 different one from 3 different sections of the room notice the ladder effect

We have been extremely happy with this flooring! We installed 3 years ago in main areas. Decided to put in our master bedroom recently. There was no difference between the old and new. No fading. Hasn't scratched whatsoever. We have felt sticky protectors under each dining room chair and rubber protectors under our living room furniture so it doesn't move.

Was so excited about this floor, looks great, box and website say its durable and solid...then we put it down, huge scratches before we had even finished laying it! if anything other than a blanket is pulled across it a scratch is left. The couches have left permanent dent/scratch marks just from sitting on it. REALLY DISAPPOINTED! Really wanted to return but they wouldn't take it back

After an extensive research I settled on these floors Since they had the durability, looks, affordability. 4 years later, my floors still look new. I have a big and very active dog. My kitchen plumbing broke and I had water on my kitchen floor twice this year. I came home to a running water on the floor; it had covered the entire kitchen floor. I cleaned it up quickly and was worried my floors would go bad. But, they look like the day we installed them. I get compliments on my floors all the time .The best value for the price.

I installed this floor a year ago, along with 2 other 2 types of flooring at the same time. 1 was luxury vinyl planks, 1 was solid bamboo tongue and groove- nail down and this gunstock oak engineered wood. Of the 3 this product by far the easiest. This is a simple click n lock. I installed it as a floating floor over a heated subfloor. The pieces all went together nicely. I was and am still impressed how easy it was, even simpler than the vinyl. It does come in variable lengths so it's like a puzzle figuring out right combo for the room length. This did take time and yes I got a bit annoyed while doing it but the end result is worth it. Oh and have 2 dogs that every time they run across the room, I think this time they ruined it, but Nope even after a year no scratches. I am so glad I bought this flooring. It looks great. I used an underlayment too. This was an in stock item. No wait.

I’m pleased and recommend this product!!

We have hickory cabinets and had this crazy idea to put hickory flooring on the ceiling and it works. Started with a 5/8" plywood substrate and used construction adhesive and an 18 gauge pin nailer in the tongues. This looks great on the ceiling, but I'm not sure how well it would hold up on the floor. I would recommend about a 10 to 15% waste factor to cull out some of the less desirable pieces.

I previously purchased this flooring in Wire brushed naturally hickory and they came out beautiful. So beautiful, that recently I decided to extend the flooring throughout my first level. I purchased 24 more cases, and my goodness the new cases that just arrived are HORRID compared to the first batch I ordered. I literally sat in the corner and cried because I don’t know what to do to make these floors work. The new batch has a much more muted tone with very little variation/character, they were all pretty much the same color (peachy blonde), they look and feel exactly like Laminate, and the backing is different. Although the backing is different, I will say, it is better than the first batch, but no one is looking at the backing... so I’d much rather have ugly backing and beautiful top flooring, than nice backing and bad top. I have lost two nights of sleep trying to think of how to resolve this issue. I am now possibly out of nearly $3000. When the manufacture decided to change these floors so drastically they should’ve given them a different name, because they can’t possibly be serious about considering this natural hickory. These planks are super picturesque with identical patterns. Many of the boxes were a full box of the exact (and I mean identical) patterns and colors. I have uploaded photos to show you the difference in the orders. The first order is the flooring you see installed, it looks very similar to the ad for the Flooring. The second order is the batch on the counters uninstalled. The two look nothing alike. They are so different, I thought I had ordered the wrong flooring. I had to compare the old and new boxes and the check the SKU numbers to ensure I had ordered the right floors. I wish the manufacture still had the exact flooring I had previously purchased. I am so disappointed and sad because I think I will have to take up all of my existing flooring and start over in order to have a cohesive look. I hate when companies substitute with a downgraded looking product at a higher cost. See attached pics. I am super disappointed and sad as I don’t have $3k to waste! Home Legend/Home Depot please help!!!

Products are way thinner than we expected. Easy to scratch. Please beware this is a matte finish product and I mean it’s really MATTE! Just a very affordabel choice of wood flooring for a hobby room or a baby room.

It’s beautiful wood and easy to assemble. Was hoping the “hand scraped” would show more pattern as shown in pics.

Looks so much better in person. Installed easliy and everyone that sees it loves it!! Installed over the past couple of weeks, no issues so far. Easy to clean also.
