It was easy to install and looks amazing! We’ll be doing the rest of our house in this as well!

I’m on my 6th box. Every single board either had these “tags” at the corners or a rough cut that left splinters on the short edges. All instances led me to cut these extra imperfections with my fine snips in order for a flush fit. Ultimately in between each board installation, I had pick up my snips, cut the extras from each corner, put down the snips, then proceed to install the board. Sometimes, I had to do this twice... tripled my installation time. I’d return it but thanksgiving’s next week

This flooring is easy to install and is holding up very well. This is bamboo, so it's not hard. You can scratch it by dragging heavy furniture with protectors. The scratches are easily covered with a black Sharpie. But it's better to avoid them by using pads on all your furniture feet. Because it's black, it shows everything - hair, dust, etc. The floor is warm and suprisingly soft underfoot.

Beautiful wood.

I had this flooring for less than a year. It was installed properly. I have had no leaks or water damage and have kept our home under 50% humidity and yet this flooring had molded on the back side. SO GROSS! Now I have to replace my entire 29'x30' flooring.

This product was delivered and was in my living room for 2 weeks to acclimate before being installed. When installers arrived so many of the planks were bowed that they couldn’t do the installation. Ultimately went with another product.

Easy to install and look good overall.

Purchased the Natural Woven on line deliver to store went very smoothly. The floor went down perfectly without any problems. There were no warped or damaged pieces in 22 cartons. Don't leave out the acclamation part !!! It looks awesome and I've got one happy wife (although that is normally fleeting !) I upgraded to the Home Legend due to the hardness rating which will hopefully be more paw resistant to our 2 golden retrievers.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I expected that when a manufacture warrantees their product against "defects" and …… Home Depot offers a 90-day return policy …… that I was going to be receiving a quality product. I did not and if you read many of the other Customer Reviews offered here, I am not alone. This flooring is so soft (poorly manufactured) that when my 160-pound son sits in a chair (with protective leg caps), he leaves four permanent dents in the brand new floor. After the flooring was installed, I rolled the refrigerator forward to plug it back in, then rolled it back to discover two deep grooves had been permanently pressed into the brand new floor in front of it. Medium size dogs (50 to 60 pounds) running through leaving deep gouges. Not just scratches. Deep gouges. My kitchen has been sitting in limbo for over a month waiting for the manufacturer and Home Depot to do the right thing. They have refused. What was coming together nicely as a ”dream kitchen" has now become a major headache thanks to this defective, low quality flooring. Very disappointed

It is a good material and look great

It was easy to put together but it was very very frail. I only recommend it for bedrooms and not high traffic areas. The floor is very pretty though.

Easy to cut, easy to put together, resisted spills and we older folks (over 60) enjoyed putting it down in bedrooms and rest of house. Reasonable price was a huge bonus.

Floor came out good,had a few pieces included that weren't the right color and it had board precut .overall I am enjoying the floor

Love it,very good flooring

The product was very easy to lay down. It has been installed since August in our home. The flooring has scratches all over it. We have two dogs and were told this would with stand our dogs. It has not. I am very disappointed. When I tested the flooring out before purchasing it did not scratch. It is now full of scratches.

I have cousins and friends come over the house and stated that it is wonderful flooring. Pls see pic:

After installing in my rental property I decided to use this same product in my resident.

I installed this floor earlier this year in my condo. It seems to be coming apart at the connection. I have not yet installed my baseboard, would the baseboard help hold the floor together? You can see in photo small gaps starting to form. Did any of you guys experience this issue? Thanks

We haven't had the floor in for a month and it is splitting. We installed it exactly like the instructions said and now the floor we saved up to put in is junk. We are so disappointed with this product. Do NOT waste your money on this flooring, it is horrible. We tried to contact the company to see if it is possible it was a bad batch or some other plausible excuse. But they are NOT standing behind their product. I have attached pictures of the splits to help anyone making a decision on this flooring.

I spent 12 hours installing 500 square feet of this flooring. The next morning I woke up and thought I saw a big piece of dog hair on the floor. It wasn't dog hair. It was a super deep gouge. I ignored all the warning signs that the wood was soft and scratched easily during install. I was in denial. After drinking my coffee, I ripped out all the flooring and took a huge loss on the pieces I cut, since Home Depot would not return anything. You can LITERALLY scratch and dent this flooring with your fingernail! Try it at the store! Don't waste your time and money like I did! It's complete and utter garbage! They should rename it "soft garbage wood" And sell it at the garbage store.

Flooring is easy to install and looks great.

I purchased this product this week to replace the laminate flooring in the living room. I was amazed at the ease of installation and how wonderful the project was looking. This is the 4th separate floating floor I have installed in my various homes the last 6 years, and this one was by far the easiest flooring I have ever dealt with. It was super easy to install - even my 7 year old was laying it without much assistance. It looks beautiful as well. Unfortunately, about halfway through the project I realized I wasn't going to have enough flooring to finish the project - and I was irritated with myself for not ordering the correct amount. It wasn't until I compared the box with the advertisement online that I realized it hadn't been my mistake. Despite the website claiming that there is 21.44 sq. feet per box - the actual number is 13.4, thus leaving me VERY short for my project. I went to my local Home Depot to figure out what was going on and how to fix it. I was offered a portion of my original purchase price back (which will take 3-5 business days to refund) and I will be required to purchase additional flooring at a higher price than was the original price I purchased at (it was $1.24/sq. ft. last week, $1.49/sq. ft. now.) Since my wife and I were putting this flooring in so we could list our house to sell at the end of the week - it is a little disappointing that we will have to wait up to 3 weeks to finish installing our floor (3-5 days for refund, 1-2 weeks for shipping and 3 days to acclimate flooring to room it will be installed in.) That's not even considering that we will have to pay about $100 more that we originally did to get the same amount of floor we were supposed to get originally - and we just haven't budgeted for that. Once they fix the advertised square footage issue, I would be happy to change the overall rating - but this has been the worst Home Depot experience I have ever had - by far.

Easy to install....looks great ...reasonable price....

I have put this down in my dining room, my front living room, my office and family room in the 36" pieces. I had a water accident that damaged a 3rd of the flooring in my office and needed replacements. But Home Depot discontinued the 36" blank size and now only offers the 72" pieces in this style. Thanks Home Depot. What I needed was two boxes which would have cost around $145. Now it's going to cost me $650 to find another style of flooring to cover the office. What a bummer.

The color is not nearly as variant as is shown in the whole room shots of the product on the website which was kind of disappointing. Also beware of the amount of wood that will be wasted or need to be returned due to damage in shipping and poor packaging, I had 2 of 11 boxes unusable with broken corners.

Could not be happier with my product. I have a dog, moderate traffic in the home with very few issues with scratches despite worst and longest winter in history. 3 installers did 2100sq ft floating floor in about 12 hrs and they had nothing but great things to say about the flooring. Not a single bad plank in the whole lot. I get nothing but complements, floor is stunning, unique and pics don't do it justice

Went to the class that home depot put on for DIYER'S and it was very use full they told us about the difference in the class of product and it went down easy I would use it again in a different part of the house

Strand Woven Bamboo (Harvest) - I selected these floors after much research and review as I wanted a quality flooring material that was also durable. These floors could not be beat, the price was great, they look beautiful and high end, and were easy to install.
