Does remove the stain and smell. takes about three to four passes to completely get the stain out.

Pet messes are never good, but I found that Hoover's Oxy Pet Urine & Stain Eliminator works really well. No overwhelming 'clean' smell and no stains, leaves a pleasant odor that doesn't linger and pet smell is gone. My dog hasn't gone back to the same spot.

Put the product to a test with my purple light and it was a total disappointment. I own 3 dogs and yes sometimes I’m late in taking them out on walks, after reading so many great reviews on this product and seeing the outcome in my carpet… sad thing I had better results with the dollar store. Would love to get my money back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Oxy Pet Urine cleaner really worked well on our carpet and rug. Our dog had an accident and the light colored carpet was stained. We put oxy pet urine cleaner down about 15 mins after the accident. It turned the carpet back to original color and made the area smell clean. The light odor was removed from the carpet. The cleaned carpet looked like new and smelled clean. The oxy cleaner is a very good product and works grrat with our hoover carpet cleaner.

I have used it for dog urine and human urine, and it works extremely well to get both out and even the stains from old stains! And leaves the furniture and stuff smelling good and not gross as well! It works amazingly and I have already bought more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't expecting much to be honest. We have tried almost everything. We have a 3 year old mini Vietnamese potbelly pig. He uses puppy pads, but due to his size he sometimes misses. It causes the house to smell like a farm. Not anymore. My husband used this straight on the carpet. He felt it foam and sit for a little before taking a brush and scrubbing the carpet really good. The stains came up and amazingly so did the smell. I am very thankful for this product. Now I don't have to worry anymore.

I let it sit for a little longer than indicated and it got it out and no staining. I also had a recent stain and I grabbed this product right away and it got rid of it. Which I already knew since it got rid of an old stain. Love it and would use it again whenever there are accidents.
