The previous owners had a lot of dogs and we had smells in the carpet. On top of that our cat was peeing all over the basement. We received this sample in time to clean that carpet. The basement is now fresher for sure!

I used Hoover oxy pet urine eliminator and not only did it clean the carpets so well, the only scent left behind is a clean refreshing scent.

I had tried several things and nothing was taking the smell out of my carpet or getting it cleaned. I got this product and have used it several times in the past month and the smell is gone, the stains are gone. I was very skeptical about it working, but it did the job and fast to. It leaves behind a great smell and doesn.t drench your carpet like you would think it would. It is very easy to use with your cleaning machine and it doesn't bleach or leave any residue behind afterwards either. It has even helped deter our puppy from using that spot anymore. I highly recommend this product for anyone with pets

Would like to have an option for a spray bottle for small spills and stains, but does a good job and did not not discolor carpet or rug.Comparable to most good carpet cleaners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is amazing! I had a few set in stains in my carpet and some that, no matter what, wouldn't come out. That is until I tried this urine eliminator. It made my entire carpet looks brand new. There is some white stripes on the carpet that began too look dingy and discolored, but now the stripes are white again! This is an amazing find and I look forward to using it some more!

Not only is the smell gone, but I no longer feel grossed out walking on the rug. It seriously feels clean and smells fresh. No trace of urine at all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is FABULOUS! We have a 7 month old puppy. One of the rooms in our house has become her pee zone. She's potty trained, but anytime she enters this room, she pees. The previous owners of our home must have had a dog, or there is some smell in there that provokes out pup to pee. Well, as you can imagine the urine smell in that room has increased significantly. I've tried many products with no avail. I tried this a week ago in our shampooer and the odor has disappeared! AND, I have yet to smell it again! I am soooo hoping it continues to stay away! If so, I am a forever customer of this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hoover Oxy Pet Urine Eliminator cleaner has been a lifesaver for my rugs. One of our cats had a urinary tract infection and could not hold her pee and was peeing on the rugs in our home. I thought I was going to have to throw the rugs away until I found this cleaner. Luckily this cleaner did a great job of removing all evidence of the cat pee and has prevented my cat from smelling any residual effects and peeing on the rug again. The product smells great and is not harsh to use around pets or children. I would highly recommend this product for pet owners looking for a product to save a rug or carpet after pet urine accidents.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now I definitely did not use this product as originally intended. I don't have a Hoover wet vacuum or carpet cleaning vacuum of any kind. I simply diluted to the strength recommended on the bottle of 3oz of cleaner per one gallon of water in a sprayer, pre-treated the area and let it set for about 10 minutes. Came back with a stiff brush and worked the cleaner into several spots that had been pretreated and blotted it up with a cotton towel. OMG I could not believe it. One year old stains that have had nearly every carpet cleaning product applied to it over the year came up with ease. I was truly amazed. I did not take a before picture as I was not expecting this product to work at all. I am just shocked out how amazing of a job this product did on those pet stains. If you have a few stubborn stains, give this product a try, you will absolutely not be disappointed.

While it is meant for cleanup after pets, I needed something for stains from shoes & high traffic areas so I tried this product as it was what I had...unfortunately it did not work on the normal every day stains.

My boy dog likes mark his territory ...so annoying. I could tell difference after one application of this product. My home smells fresh clean . I will purchase this in future. I have told all my friends with pets to try. If you have pets give this a try. You will not be disappointed.
