I have only used my Hoover Powerdash maybe 5 times max. Today when I attempted to use it, no fluid would dispense. The holes in the clear rectangular plastic piece are not clogged. I was hoping to get more than 4-5 times use with the cost of this unit.

This stopped suction after 1 week. The plastic suction attachment no longer touches the floor.

I've used it twice and all the screws are rusted.

This scrubber removed a very stubborn residue haze after cleaning tile grout with vinegar & cleansing powder. The residue lifted on the first pass of the PowerDash lift the tile surface shining and the rinse basket with the residue in motion like a Lava Lamp - Amazing Product!

Just used for first time. I haven't seen my tiles this clean. It's good on water. No streaks. Suction is powerful to pull the water up. Doesn't take long to clean either. Check out my before and after. My tables have been moved to the hallway while making room in the garage. I found my dog was peeing behind the table and didn't know. The powerdash tackled right through the dried urine and clumps of pet dander! Really amazing job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product on 11/3/2020. Since day one it has not released enough water. This problem became progressively worse over time. Today it would not release any water. I took the machine apart to do a root cause analysis (I'm a product design engineer). I determined that the water release trigger on the handle does not open the water release valve enough to let the water through the valve. The trigger only opens the plunger in the water release valve about 1/8". It needs to open about 3/8" to let the water run freely. There is no adjustment for the this, therefore the machine cannot be fixed. I had to throw it out.

My wife has hip dysplasia so she can't keep up with cleaning and our entire apartment has these horrible, cheap, fake wooden floors that get sticky dirty if you look at them wrong. We bought a steam mop, the pad would gunk up and just spread the dirt around. Regular mops got dirty and wouldn't get clean again. Scrubbing by hand got exhausting too quickly. My wife and I had been going back and forth on buying this machine, looking at everything else on the market. We both wish we would have purchased this when we moved in, not a year later. I can get the floors SPOTLESS in one weekend now or clean up the kids bad messes without taking up a ton of time. We've always purchased Hoover and this just further reinforces those choices!

I absolutely love this vacuum. When on and in an upright position the brush roll shuts off automatically so it doesn't sit there and chew up your carpet when using the wand attachments. It also has a button to press with your foot to turn off the brush roll to do hard floor surfaces. It has 7 height adjustments most vacuums only have 3. The wand attachment is awesome, when you detach the hose and re-attach it you know it's attached because it "clicks" back into place. The suction is incredible! I could go on and on about this vacuum. It really is the BEST vacuum on the market that you buy!

I've tried other machines this one hands down works the best! If something is sticky you might have to go over it a few times but it comes up! I have 2 short hair dogs and it got all the hair up! Love love love it! My only recommendation would be beef up the brushes. Looked to see if I could buy some but only see the ones it comes with. Other than that its awesome!

I purchased this vacuum cleaner in 2018 and it was absolutely fabulous!!! It was inadvertently thrown away in 2019 and I had a less desirable model purchased for me. I dealt with the other model for almost two years. When I ran across the model details for the WindTunnel I purchased before; I purchased it again. I am totally satisfied with my vacuum cleaner NOW and the ease of my cleaning experience. I have only ever used Hoover products and this vacuum cleaner has been the best yet!!! I have had two different models in the past few years and this model is fantastic.

Shocked how dirty the extracted water was. What an amazing little machine!! I had been cleaning my ceramic tile floors with Swiffer bi-weekly.

So I purchased the second one based on my good experience with the first one. However, the one does not clean as well and does not dry the floor effectively.

It's such a big area though I wish that I would've just gotten your bigger size and not the power Dash but the power Dash works fine. I just need a bigger Machine

I use this product a couple times a month (less than a year old). Today while using it, I could smell the internals burning and it started spitting out some black debris. Now I do not have a way to clean.

doesn't put water on the floor the button was pressed hundreds of times & disassembled several times doesn't dispense the water cleaning solution.

This floor cleaner works amazingly well. I have several hard floor cleaners and steamers and this was simply the best. Cleans floors leaving them streak and residue free. I love dumping the dirty water.... clearly cleaning is happening although I always wonder at where that dirt came from! Lighter and easier to push than stream cleaners. Had a minor issue and it was all handled by chat and the replacement mailed promptly. Outstanding customer service. Couldn't recommend this product more ... a true game change for hard floors.

I had decided to have the walk out basement concrete floors left uncovered, so it required a good scrubbing. The red clay soil and construction dirt needed removing so I bought the Hoover floor scrubber. It worked so well, and saved me hours of work. I now have clean floors that I finished off with a clear, shiny sealer.
