Sometimes packaged/coiled hose doesn’t uncoil and lay flat too well. Except for the last foot or so at the ends, it lays flat beautifully.

was just what I needed for the job

I ordered this and what arrived was 1/8" inner diameter and 3/8" outer diameter, it was even clearly labeled as such on the package, even though my receipt say's 1/4" outer diameter. Also the tubing is sold as "crystal clear" and what arrived had a dark blue tint to the whole length, you could still see through it, but it's not clear by a mile. Not sure if I was just sent the wrong Hydromaxx product, but I definitely did not get what was ordered/what's listed here and will be returning.

Was actually much better quality than expected! Thick walled, no kinks. Pulled a 90’ length thru conduit for a spa air switch.

Excellent quality tubing. Much better than other brands I’ve tried. No kinks. Other brands have flat spots. Not this one. Easy to work with.

No kinks, able to straighten the tube, and excess was easy to cut off cleanly. No issues since installed onto a condensate pump a few weeks ago.

I used this to make a water level. There is no need to add dye to the water as it is easy to see the water in the tube. I haven't had a problem with it kinking when pulling it along to take measurements at multiple locations. Stick one end into a bucket of water and attach it somehow to keep the end far below the top of the water. Syphon through the tubing until all of the air bubbles have been removed and then put a stopper into the end of the tubing. Attach that end to a wooden stake with a couple of zip ties. Place the bottom of the stake on the point you want to use as a reference and remove the stopper. Once the water level has settled, place a mark on the stake at that level. Place the stopper back into the tubing and move to the next location that you want to check. Set the stake in place, remove the stopper and wait for the water level to settle. The difference between that level and the mark you made will tell you how far out of level the two points are. Cheap and easy!

Great product at a fantastic price.

The many reviews noting that this is incorrectly advertised as 1/4" OD are quite correct. I ordered it anyway in hopes that I could use it to couple tightly to a TRUE 1/4" OD reverse-osmosis output poly-tube. I soaked the end of this vinyl tubing in very-hot water for a minute and then forced the vinyl poly-tubing into it---and allowed it to cool. That gave me a beautifully tight coupling for a 100' irritation hose for RO water.

Excellent quality! After buying one I purchased 5 more. We have used a lot of this size and type over the years, and this is the best I have found.

Ordered twice and got 3/16 ID x 5/16 OD instead. Called support and manufacturer stated they no longer sell that size. Should be removed from inventory.

The tubing is exactly as specified. Even though it came as a coil, it was easily straightened out for the run I was making for it.
