Home Depot does not stand behind this product
I purchased three of the 17 inch and one of the larger Pineapple Lanterns last year. After only using for less than 2 months outdoors they were placed in the garage. When I went to use them this spring with new batteries NONE OF THEM WORKED. I contacted Hampton Bay customer service since it was less than a year since purchase, and these were EXPENSIVE, I did not get on sale and they offered no replacement. VERY disappointed with this product but they still are beautiful even without an operable candle.
