Second one I have bought. One last year and one this spring. Easy rolling. Easy to mount. If I had a need for another one, would get the same.

This is my second one. Works well. Price is not cheap but there are really no comparable units.

Looks better than advertised. First flaw, where the female end of the hose connects….. it only fits on small ends. A medium duty end will not fit! Needed to be modified Second is the axle int rotates on is not true! Third, that the handle attaches with a screw. The screw will back out and needs Lok tight to operate under any length of time The structural integrity looks better than actually is Please look at others and compare before you purchase

Works great. I have a 75 foot 3/4 inch hose on it. Very sturdy.

The product will bring us many years of service based on its quality.

None of my contractors hoses fit had to return after putting 4 holes in the stucco exterior wall.

Works well. I like that I can install it right to the wall at the height I desire. I bought two one for the front yard and one for the back. I purchased my first one about 6 months ago. HAPPY!

Good solid hose reel. This is the second one I bought and is for the other side of the house. The first one did have to have the o-rings replaced after about 3 years but that is just maintenance and it was a cheap easy fix. The only small issue is the soft rubber sleeve on the handle deteriorates in the sun. I replaced it with a short piece of 1/2" PVC and it fit perfect and actually works better I think. I have had a bunch of hose reels over the years and they mostly were junk. This one is the best I have found. Not the fanciest but I am looking for low maintenance and function over cosmetics. Gonna buy another one for the front of the house.

My husband bought this wall-mount hose reel because we had one but it cracked and broke. He always liked the one we had previously so he looked for the same style, which he found in this purchase.

I sent this back because they did not include mounting screw for that price everything should have been included

Poorly designed. You cannot connect anything larger, even by a hair, than a standard garden hose female end to the spool's male intake. The hole below the intake is not large enough, so the garden hose end is too close to the spool to attached. Hole should be larger or the intake pipe should be tapered away from the spool to provide room. Product states it is a "commercial" reel, but you cannot attach anything more robust than a standard, value quality garden hose fitting onto the spool. A design fix would not cost anymore. I now have to add a low grade leader onto the spool, before the primary hose, adding cost and another point of failure.

I'm liking the Hampton Bay Commercial Wall Mount Reel for my garden hose. It's heavy and seems well built. I'm hoping it won't rust since it's metal. I have had it up and working for a month now.

I was unable to install myself, but had it done. I am very satisfied with the product. Would like another for a different location!

The unit seems well constructed. No issues with leaks. Only complaint is hole placement at the corners is difficult to get to due to interference with the reel.
