I was looking for a grey modern fan to put in our family room. We have just remodeled our downstairs and this fan looks perfect. Easy install

So happy with this purchase, directions were clear and easy to put together. The look is so modern and sleek. Definitely a perfect upgrade. I also love that I don’t have to buy bulbs anymore and it has different light modes and a light dimmer.

We bought 3 of this fan. Two installations went perfectly. 3rd installation was a problem. The biggest problem with 3rd fan was when fully installed light turned on but would not turn off. I had to take lower section back apart and unplug light. Called customer service. Sent another receiver. 7 days later got it, tore fan back apart, installed new receiver, & put it back together. It now works, but a lot of extra work due to defective part. Two fans a “5”, one fan a “2”, so “4” rating overall.

I love the clean design of this ceiling fan. It was easy to assemble and operate.

Got it installed today by my contractor. I had high hope of this ceiling light but it was really hard to install with a wire retreated inside. After tedious work to make it work, the light turned out to be dull and dark. It’s less than half of the brightness of a regular light. Avoid this brand for light! Now we’ll have to go through the tedious process again to uninstall and return, so disappointed

Looks great, really quiet, easy to install. Integrated Led dimmer light also makes this a winner.

This is the perfect fan in the kitchen nook area in our renovation of our kitchen. It’s so very quite, professionally installed by Home Depot’s Contractor. It come with a remote for speed, 3 of them

Love the fan and the remote option so I did not need another switch installed. But it’s warped and when the fan is on it hits the white glass and makes a horrible noise!

This fan works very well. Good power and air flow. It is quiet at all speeds. Easy to install. I liked the light with three options. The remote control works wonderful.

I needed two fans to find one that had a reasonable parallel light and fan motor assembly. Worse was the installation. Close-to-Ceiling mounting is a nightmare because there is so little clearance. To twist the canopy ring around the mounting screws requires pushing the canopy UP INTO THE CEILING bc of zero clearance and shape of the mounting guides. This caused considerable damage to my ceiling. This fan better last bc I am not sure what my ceiling will look like when I take it down.

I love this fan. My house has not had a light in the living room since I bought it and the light is perfect for my living room without having to use lamps. The fan has great airflow.

My fan was installed and there was an defect therefore the cover wouldn’t screw on properly

Overall, I absolutely love the look! It was a little difficult to install, but watching the video helped make sense of it! The remote works perfectly every time. We opted not to mount it. We just leave it on the mantel. I love that you can have a brighter light or a softer light!

I bought 2 of these. One remote works fine 90% of the time. The other takes 3-5 clicks to to register, sometimes it won’t at all. This is from 6 feet away on new fans. Incredibly frustrating to use. Now I have to uninstall them to return. Do not buy

Purchased this morning for master bedroom and install with the help of the video was easy I had to remove my led lights and add this fan only thing I wish was that on high speed fan pushed out more air.

The fan has a really nice, sleek, modern look to it but for the room it was purchased for, it did not put out enough air. Also, the fan would randomly cut on. I will be returning and upgrading.

I'm very pleased with this fan. It's just beautiful, and what I love the most is how you can change the light color. Having a remote control is also a plus. My electrician installed this with no hassle.

The Hampton Bay Madison 52 in integrated light ceiling fan has a very nice look to it. Installation was fairly easy except for the attachment of the blades which can be quite the challenge. One of the best features of this light is the ability to change the output of the light fixture from daylight, bright, to warm. It is a very nice fan and I would recommend it.

The Hampton Bay Madison 52 in. Brushed Nickel Ceiling Fan has a 3-blade design that moves a lot of air around the room on medium or high (no kidding). The integrated LED light kit offers three lighting options or better said 3 color temperatures for the light for 3,000K, 4,000K or 5,000K light output – not really changes in color as you might expect from the advertising. A nice feature is the ability to conveniently control the lights and fan with the included remote control, but be CAREFUL not to install this unit with a variable speed fan control or dimmer switch – they claim it will void the warranty. The installation was pretty straight forward and accomplished in less than 30 minutes. The mounting bracket and ample supple of wiring made it easy to work with the base unit without the struggle of making sure you have had enough space and wires. One more feature we truly love about this fan is the 3 speeds and the fact it operates very quietly. What I don’t like about the fan is the cheap looking blades that are made of cheap material and made to look like brushed nickel. In fact, one of our fans had a nick on the end and another blade had a slit mark (had to turn it over to use), so I have to question their Quality Control process. The other issue I encountered was with the light kit. It was nicely for the first 5 minutes of operation, but then the lights turned off and never worked again. In the process of asking for a replacement part, they the supplier is about 3 months behind in their inventory levels. So make sure everything is working before completing the installation because you might need to bring it back.

This brushed nickel ceiling fan was a perfect fit for our entertainment room in the basement. Installation was relatively simple, nothing beyond the typical challenges of installing a fan from a ladder. The 3 blade design along with the sleek brushed steel finish looks great. The fan has 3 speeds which can be controlled by the remote we mounted on the wall. The light fixture has a frosted cover and has 3 different hues that can also be controlled by the remote. The fan looks and functions great.

We love the Hampton Bay Madison 52 in. Integrated LED Brushed Nickel Ceiling Fan with Light and Remote Control with Color Changing Technology. It looks so great in our living room. It was very easy to replace the old ceiling fan with this new one. The look is absolutely gorgeous and of course the remote control is fun too. It has 3 silver blades that gives a very modern look to our space.

My wife and I love the look of this ceiling fan. The installation was pretty simple, but you have to be careful when it comes to hooking the motor on a little skinny post while you connect the wires. It can easily bend a section of the housing if you’re not careful and possible bump it of move it. Other than that, it was straight forward with the instructions. Aside from the look, the functionality is similar all most ceiling fans. It has 3 speeds and an adjustable light. It pushes good amount of air on high, but make sure you balance the mounting bracket like the instructions say or you’ll have some annoying shaking. I had to reposition my ceiling bracket to correct this. The clear benefit to this model is you can change the color of the light with the remote. It has soft lighting, natural light setting and daylight (the box says 3k, 4k & 5k choices). All of my led lights in my home are roughly daylight 5k (outside of my bathrooms). So daylight setting matches perfect with the rest of my home. The remote is small but buttons are big enough without making the mistake of pushing 2 buttons instead of one (like my annoying cable remote). One tip....the remote won’t tell you how to dim the light, but if you hold down the light on/off; it will slowly dim and brighten pending how long you hold it. Overall was a great choice for my office. In my opinion, the lighting is ideal for an average size room, but I wouldn’t put this in my 30x20 master bedroom and expect good lighting. If you have a room size like my 11x12 office, this will do just fine.

Very pleased with the look, function, and quiet sound of the finished product. As someone else said, getting the canopy to fit over the mounting bracket is an extremely tight fit, and could only be done after the third try. I ended up rerouting the wires to sit outside of the center hole, and using serious force to push the receiver under the small piece of plastic that looks like it should back up against.
