This fan offers a variety of control options: remote control (included), control via your smart device (phone or tablet) with the HubSpace App or voice control with Alexa or Google Assistant. Q:I have 2 of these fans in my family room. Can they be programmed to both work with the same remote?

A:  Thank you for your question. Yes, you will have to do the learning process on them both at the same time. Confirm that the power to the fans are off at either the wall switch or breaker box. Return power to the fans and, within 30 seconds, press and hold the learn button for 1-2 seconds and release. If pairing is successful, the blades will begin to spin and the light will also flash.

    Q:My electric went out last night now the fan won’t come back on. I’ve reset the circuit breakers & still nothing. Does this fan have a reset button that I can’t find?

    A:  Thank you for your question. Yes, the fan has a pairing process. Turn the power to the fan off at the breaker box or wall switch and, within 30 seconds, press and hold the “Learn” button in the back battery compartment of you remote control for 10 seconds and release. Once pairing is successful, the blades will begin to spin and the light will also flash.

      Q:It wobbles. I have checked that the ball inside the mounted bracket is inserted properly and that all of the screws, etc. are tightened. I measured the blade height and 2 are the same, 2 are 1/8 higher and 1 is 1/4" higher. How can I fix the higher blades

      A:  Thank you for your question. Please make sure that the ball of the downrod is seated properly in the mounting bracket so that the slot of the ball is seated on the tab on the inner ring of the mounting bracket. This is shown in detail in the complete installation video located on with the alternate images on the product page (fast forward to the 7:24 mark). A balancing kit can be ordered as well. If that does not resolve the issue, please call Hampton Bay customer service at 1-855-HD-HAMPTON (1-855-434-2678) and one of the team members will be able to get more information to help troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

        A:  Thank you for your question. The remote is paired with the fan with a unique frequency at the factory. The remote from one fan should not interfere with another. If it does, the remote frequency can be changed by following the instruction s in the manual which is available for download from the product page online.

          Decent fan. Three annoying issues
          1) Cable management. All the wires have to just sit in the cowl instead of being able to push them up into the ceiling fan box. It's basically a mess of wires just sitting by the down rod 2) The included 6" downrod probably makes this install much easier. My ceiling is less than 8ft (7' 10") so I don't want people getting a haircut when they come in. I installed a 4" downrod, PITA 3) Only 10 days to register warranty BY MAIL Seems to be the same exact manufacturer as "Home Decorators"

            We bought this for the looks and features. Runs quiet and the LED light has different brightnesses. The remote is a nice touch and can do everything you'd want it to do except cook your dinner. Also, the rod should be a few inches longer for high ceilings.

            Wobbles and clicks
            I installed this fan and it woobled immediately. I followed the instructions and watched the video prior to install. The next day it started making a clicking noise randomly. I contacted Customer service who put me in touch with King of Fans. They sent a noise isolator (rubber gasket) and a balancing kit. The balancing kit would not take the wobble out. 2 of the blades are 1/4" off and out of tolerance. And the clicking noise!

            Sorry to hear that you are having this issue. Please allow the fan to run for 24 hours to allow the fan to settle. If the issue persists, please make sure that all parts are properly installed and completely tightened - including the outlet box. Most noise issues can be attributed to loose parts that can cause vibration and present a click noise. If that does not resolve the issue, please call Hampton Bay customer service at 1-855-HD-HAMPTON (1-855-434-2678) and one of the team members will be able to get more information to help troubleshoot and resolve the issue HamptonBay

              We've had this fan for 6 months now. Zero problems with it. Having a fan/light on the Hubspace ecosystem makes it very convenient. Fan is quiet but there is a 1-2 second delay in start up with the remote and or app. Light portion is not lacking for light at all. Very happy with this purchase. If you want a smart fan, look no further!
