Thank you for your review. The light kit uses one bulb. The bulb can be replaced with a higher wattage equivalent LED bulb if greater light output if desired. The socket is rated for 60-watts max, so a 100-watt equivalent LED bulb can be used for greater illumination. In general, we recommend using a ceiling fan light as a supplemental source of light as opposed to being the sole source of light in any room. HamptonBay

Thank you for your review. It sounds like the fan is receiving an interfering signal from another device in the area that is causing the random operation. This can be easily resolved by changing the dip switch settings in the remote and receiver. The dip switches can be set to any unique setting as long as the settings in the remote and receiver match. This is shown in detail on page 9 of the manual which is available for download from the "Info & Guides" section of the product page. Works, but just not well with Alexa
The set up took longer than I expected because it didn’t sync between the different speed, on/off, increase/decrease as easy as the instructions. You really have to try to “catch” the right time of the Bluetooth syncing. Once everything was done it worked great and still does as far as the Bond app. It has yet to work with my Alexa routine even though I’ve tried multiple times. My work around is to be more diligent with timers via the Bond app but they should really work that out.
