This is great for home automation and works from my iPhone. I have fan in my bedroom that does not work with it's remote anymore. I thought about replacing it (assuming the fan was going bad), but decided to try the Bond Smart Wi-Fi instead. It works perfectly, the Bond programmed with a single press from the remote and it has full control of the fan, fan speed, light, and dimmer. I placed the device itself in my bedroom and got the idea to try the fan remote from living room fan (out the door and down the hall). It also worked with the first try. Now I can control both ceiling fans with the Bond device in my bedroom. No more keeping track of remotes or trying to work the fan with a failing remote, the fans and lights come one with the same app in my phone.

The Hampton Bay Southwind 52 in. Indoor LED Matte White Ceiling Fan is exactly as described. It was delivered to my door. It was easy to install and is very easy to operate.

Worked as advertised

We hired someone to install the fan as it was being installed on a high slanted ceiling. Installation was quick, however we required the electrician to return several days later as either we had ghosts in the house or the receiver and transmitter had to be recoded because the light would come on by itself several times in the evening as it was being controlled by someone outside of our home with the same factory default coding. Just remember to change and pair a new code on both the transmitter and receiver when installing it

Nice fan but the Remote brain part is still too big in my opinion. Makes it very tight fit. You would hope with today technology would make it smaller or built in the fan itself. Other than that easy set up. Works nice and easy to control with remote.

Replaced an old ceiling fan. It was a little different wiring in it than the old one, but it is running very well!

We don’t just like it we love it! Not only is it smart, but it also gives us so many options and works with our Google home. We can set it to work with our house automation and it’s great!

The fan had a noticeable hum at all speeds. Not correctable.

We enjoy our fan. It is very quiet. Durning the installation process we had to add spacers to attach the top ring. It was to close to the ceiling without dropping it down a little.
