Shed instructions were easy to follow but there were few areas where some items didnt go together just right. Had two pieces that needed to be replaced and backyard products were willing to reimburse cost of replacement pieces. Shed has plenty of space and has held up over the winter.

You can use for home office, hot tub, playhouse or anything you need extra room for. It's beautiful and roomy as well as being well built. I live in New England and the snow can pile up and this stood up through our harsh winter snow season. Love it and highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having all the wood precut made the job very simple. The final assembly of the product was sturdy and solid. My only wishes were that the top plate and bottom plate were one solid piece of wood and that all the hardware were screws instead of nails and some screws.

This kit was so easy to follow. I (38yo) and my parents (early 60's) put in one week of labor, at 4-5 hours each day. Easy to follow step. make sure to read thoroughly through the prep work pages and purchase things to do the build, such as 2in (about 5lbs) and 3in (about 3lbs) nails. It’s up to you what finish to buy for roofing, you can add vents or windows or sky lights, and flooring. thats all extra materials. But this kit is absolutely worth it, especially with the work bench and loft built in.

Easy with everything pre-cut but keep about $650 in your budget for the extras. Inventory everything as instructed and follow the manual closely. Opted for 12-in centers, so buy the extra 2x4x8 lumber and buy 6-12 ft lumber pieces for the floor joists and sidewalls. I completed 95% of the construction myself and only needed help raising the walls and putting the roof panels on top of the rafters. It's much bigger than it looks in the photos, and it is very sturdy, you won't be disappointed!

We couldn't be happier with this shed. The assembly definitely requires two people minimum. Standing the walls up after assembling them is probably the heaviest/toughest part, but after that it's smooth sailing. Read the instructions carefully and take your time! Make sure to have all extra hardware required beforehand unless you don't mind running to home depot 3 or 4 times in one day. I hammered all nails by hand but a nail gun would definitely speed up the process.

This shed project came out better than I could have expected. I was able fully utilize the overhead space and the sides and the floor space. This was a great investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the space! The extra wood benches in there means extra space from the get go. Easy to fit several bikes and yard equipment. I painted and it’s too cute!

Overall super happy with the outcome - wish the quality was a little better as there are some very bent pieces. Unfortunately with the cost of wood, the cost of the foundation easily added nearly another $1k.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered it installed before the recent price increase of the installation. Is build strong and looks nice. The extra shelves inside are a big plus. Upgraded floor is well worth it my opinion. Installer was very fast but should have spend more time shimming it correct and had a couple of roofing nails bend/not all the way in. They didn't call back afterwards to check if everything was correct as their documents spelled out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this shed a few years ago and I love it!! Instructions are easy to follow and it can be built by one person (I did it myself and I was 53 at that time). Windows are not included in the kit, I made my own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the shed. The installer completed it in one day and did a great job. I was able to change the shingles to black to match my house. Painted the outside and put down a rubber/PVC anti-slip floor. Caulked floor seams and side joints for a tight, bug free shed. Finished it off with pebbles, brown metal edging and a perimeter of fescue sod, with a pressure treated ramp.

I was more than pleased with the product all pieces were there and correct. I would highly recommend this product.

After reading reviews I decided to purchase this shed instead of a Tuff Shed due to the cost. Although there is more work to assemble than a Tuff Shed, it's less expensive. I build this shed in a weekend and painted it the following week. I didn't have to make a single cut. The assembly went well without any issues. If you don't know the basics of construction such as measuring, screwing/nailing, setting a foundation, etc... you may want to have someone help with the assembly. Fun Project!

this was overall a good buy I actually did some work inside of it. put two windows and also did sheet rock, electricity. its all set up nice now

When putting together it seams too flexible but it's engineered that way. Very pleased how it turned out. Followed directions used tarps when rain came. Painted immediately after assembling.

In fact, the handbook is user-friendly and easy to comprehend. It took much less efforts than I have expected. I was satisfied with the overall experience and really enjoyed the process of putting it together!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we bought our home we knew we’d need a shed; no garage, dirt floor cellar. So we looked and decided on this one. It’s perfect! It has a loft and wrap around shelves which increases storage room immensely. The loft has large items that aren’t needed often, the shelves are perfect for smaller items. The floor has more than enough room for all our outdoor tools, lawn mower, snowblower, wheelbarrow and all the rest! The young man who put it up was polite, pleasant, self motivated and had it up within a few hours. All we needed to do was paint it and fill it up! We love our shed!

Needed a gable-end entry shed that was 8'x12' so Majestic was the one for me. I also didn't have a table saw, so required side pieces already cut which is how the kit came. But the kit has many defects, that require modifications if you want it to last more than 3 years. I added overhangs to all sides, installed 4 vents (comes with 0), and redesigned the front and back walls so they are connected to the side walls. I also added a window to each side. The end result was a perfect, wood shed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought in June and I’m extremely happy with the size (8x12) and with the loft and huge counter, there’s plenty of storage. I have an in ground pool and it held all the floats and chair during the Summer. Now the floats and automatic vacuum are packed away very nicely in the loft. I do wish it came with a vent. Maybe that can be added to a future model. I don’t recall it being an option. I would have preferred a vent be installed at the beginning, instead of having to cut into the side to install it. Overall I love it.

This shed was an excellent purchase for what we wanted / needed. We were looking to get a shed to put our tools and gardening equipment in as well as making it a bit customized to have a greenhouse during winter and early growing seasons. The only real issues we had were the instructions had a few vague areas and a lot of the boards were not marked correctly or at all. Overall the whole process was pretty easy. Just took a while since we decided to due this turning middle of summer and did customizations. With the site prepped and 2 or 3 people you can probably get this all up in a day or two. The room for this thing is amazing and well worth it!

Took me a few days from box to finished, but couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Had to make some upgrades to the base and spend a few more $$$ for roofing, flooring and paint, but it was well worth it, and I hope to have a lasting shed for years to come.
