The service at the store was great when I picked the item up. The item came in a open box and no one even bothered to tape it shut. No where online when I ordered the item was it stated that it would be a used item, but it was. I had bought a few things from your after Christmas clearance sale and I was very satisfied. I do not even know if the parts were all there. When I tried to get the box out of the car the bottom, which I thought was sealed at least, even though the top wasn't, fell out and the parts scattered all over the street. After looking at the bottom I saw it hadn't been taped either, just folded. I threw the whole mess away because it was probably missing parts anyway!

Not the easiest to assemble. But its worth the frustration. When lit its beautiful.

Have not put together yet but looks quite easy

Love it! Perfect for my other outdoor door decorarions. It's going to be Santa castle!

Bigger tgen I thought. Which is good. Hopefully it will withstand the elements next Christmas. Overall, Im satisfied.

Easy to assemble

I love the castle. Only issue is it falls over easy.

Not happy at all with this product. It's obvious that it had been return to Home Depot because it was partially assembled (poorly assembled). I kept it because my granddaughter wanted it for Christmas; otherwise, I would've returned it.

Simple to assemble. Left outside for the Holidays and everything worked well. Kids love it.

need 2 people to assemble. back is flimsy. castle decorations do not fit correctly. falls apart easily

The first one I purchased was broken in several places for the connection points. The second one was okay. very wobbly and not good for out doors. there needs to be a control knob for the twinkles. It was to much for us and it had to be returned

The castle is pretty when it stays together, however the slightest breeze will knock it over even with the anchors provided. The wire mesh that makes up the frame is too bendable and constant adjustment is required.

The frame was badly bent and needed straightening. It was not possible to recover original shape.

Arrived twisted , bent and broken. Took two hour of work just to fix and repair. Still not done will require a little more work before puttibg it back in the dented and damaged box it came in .

Product was cheaply made and had a cheap look to it. Also having the carriage and really liking it I was very disappointed in the castle. Wishing I would of returned
