cam lock screws to secure cabinet top not most functional when dealing with natural tile surface. Wall anchors provided not suited for added wall depth of tile on top of sheet rock. Challenging to get cam locks lined up and tight with mounting screws. Would suggest one more set of cam lock/screws

Upon walking in to the bathroom this unit gives off a nice feeling, but that is where the pros end for this product.
I chose to install using the recessed method, the instructions say to add 1/2" to your rough opening height and width. However the best rough opening size for this unit is (25 1/4"H X 19 1/8"W) otherwise you will risk gaps along sides of the cabinet. In the packaging you are provided with 4 washer/screw head covers (wood screws are not included). I have two issues with this first at $139 USD you would think they could include 4 2 1/2" wood screws considering most people probably want the recessed look. Second the washer/screw head covers are white plastic and very cheap, once again at $139USD they could have at least color matched them and made sure that they click shut ( I will be finding a good looking screw and getting rid of the covers).
After installing the unit and being pleased with the aesthetics of it I proceeded to install the rod track bin system. I will say that I love this feature, if it weren't for this system and the hole in my wall I would have returned this cabinet. After the bin system was installed I started putting together the glass shelves with supports, once again I was sorely disappointed in the quality. The plastic shelf supports are very cheap, they do not click into the holes very well and feel like they are going to fall out. My last complaint has to do with the glass shelves, they are 1/4" short when it comes to the width and nothing holds them in place, so they balance precariously on the junky plastic shelf supports, and wiggle around like a toddler trying to escape their car seat.
Needless to say with the amount of money that I have spent at Home Depot in the past 6 months on home renovations I am upset that they would carry this item, but I am not surprised. Hopefully my review allows other buyers to educate themselves on the item better so they aren't stuck with a low quality high priced mirror after cutting a hole in their wall.
