I bought one on 2021 and two years later it didn’t work, one year used three months and that was 6 months using it, now I have to hire someone to replace it!

Love this beautiful large fan, especially the remote!!! Remote can reverse fan direction, brighten or dim light and decrease or increase fan speed! Added plus, my electrician installed it in 40 minutes!!!

beautiful fan however in the specs it states the airflow is around 6700cfm, in actuality it's around 4700 cfm. i may return because of this.

Easy to put together and use,moves a lot of air on lower speed.

The fan works nicely, but the reason I only gave it 3 stars is because when I removed the paper from in between the blades the finish came off in places on 2 of the blades. I had to re-stain all the blades so they'd match. Also when tightening the blades you have to be careful not to over tighten the bolts as it sounds like the wood is splitting. Other than that is works great.

The fan is quiet and looks very nice. The remote includes 9 speeds of fan speed adjustment, forward or reverse direction, and many levels of light dimming. There is also a 2, 4, or 8 hour timer to automatically turn off the fan/light later. The fan blades were time consuming to attach with the fan mounted to our ceiling beam, but with the instructional video, I found a quicker way to attach them. I connected the fan to a wall switch to shut off the fan/light with a switch if needed. The fan/light combo remembers the last settings when switched off, then back on.

Perfect choice for our River house. My husband thinks the light kit is a bit contemporary for this otherwise rustic looking fan, but the real wood, curved blades look awesome against our cedar ceiling. The installation was overall very easy, in particular because you don’t have to squeeze a transmitter into the ceiling mount, as we have had to do with some other fans. For do-it-yourselfers, I recommend attaching 4 of the 5 blades before you hang the motor; the nut and bolt attachment of the blades is awkward, to say the least, when you’re up a ladder, and if you use the included short down rod (we used a 24” rod) it’ll be frustrating unless you have 3 hands.

This is the second one we bought. The first one we bought over three years ago we installed in our living room and it is still running strong with no issues at all. We installed the second one in the bedroom with no issue. The only change was swapping out the down-rod with a 12" down-rod. We had it up and running in about an hour and the signal from the remote doesn't interfere with the other fan. I like these fans for a few reasons: 1. It's a DC fan. 2. The blade angle is curved more than normal fans. It pushes a lot more air per cubic feet per minute than other fans that are bigger. (When this thing is on high you really feel it!) 3. I like the remote control because my fan sits about 12-14 feet off the floor. 4. The cost is not bad for what you get. Hope this helps.

This fan was easy to install, as most ceiling fans are today. This is the first DC motor fan I have purchased, and it's amazing how quiet it is - no noise at all from the motor. Pushes a lot more air than the previous Hunter that it replaced. The remote works great and I like the versatility of having nine speeds. My only complaint is that the nine speeds are represented on the remote by a bar that lights from the bottom to top as speed is increased. Hard to tell precisely the speed it is set on. Individual light dots rather than a graduated light bar would be easier to read. Overall a great fan and well worth the purchase price.

I’ve probably put up and installed over 10 fans so far in this life,this fan is the best I’ve ever used and I’ve install some that cost four times the price,with the DC motor is the quietest with zero vibration and moves way more air. A+

Let me list all my thoughts: 1. All the parts were there to install 2. Installation was easy with the installation guide the video was thorough, all i needed was a ladder and screw drivers (I had an extra pair of hands so i didnt have to go up and down the ladder) 3. It’s beautiful 4. It’s quiet, you hear nothing 5. It’s powerful cooled the room quickly i really don’t need the A.C. With this thing. 6 I JUST LOVE IT. I am happy i havent had any bad experiences wth it so far!! 7. It took a hour or so to install we started without the video and once we started the video about fifteen minutes in it was smooth sailing

Bought 6 of the fans and 4 others for outdoor. Everything you could wish for in a ceiling fan. Perfect. Move alot of air even on low. Remote does everything!!! Selected Pro installation and that same evening received A call from Corey Caske Electric. Made appt when fans arrived and boom. Just like magic Austin arrived promptly on time and before I could blink he already had 3 up. He had them All installed perfectly and efficiently In no time. Super polite, hard worker and cleaned up perfect even with no trash left behind. Very very reasonable orice!!! A++++++ service and have saved his # for my future remodels!!!! Thanks guys!!!!

Ordered it, received it quickly and installed in no time. The fan is awesome, even on low it has made a big difference, air circulation is best I've felt. Used to have to lower a/c in late afternoon because it got so hot, don't have to anymore. Am wanting to get another one.

Beautiful fan and so easy to install! The fan looks beautiful in my master bedroom. Took us about 3 hours to install and it was very simple once we watched a YouTube video.

Great silent DC motor fan. This thing pushes ALOT of air. Install was simple enough. This was hooked up to a 2 prong chain cord and plugged into the wall socket as there is no ceiling box wiring in the house. I omitted the green ground wire and just tapped it up and the fan works perfectly. The remote works good. One thing is that the light button sometimes has to be pushed twice to get the light to stay on. Not sure why. When this happens, the light does go on but when you release the remote button the light goes off. But the light always stays on the second time. One bulb was defective and did not work on arrival. The light dimmer works great. Though I wish the light dimmed a little bit more. Also I would rather have the darker fan blades you offer with the silver model for this bronze model personally. Fan speed variations are perfect for any situation. Overall this is a wonderful fan. It works like crazy wind.

The fan looks great. It is almost silent; the only noise is the air, itself, being moved around by the blades. It moves a lot of air at the higher speeds, which is fantastic. And the remote is easy to use. Highly recommended. Also, you can lair each remote to a single fan (we bought three fans) such that they each use a different 'channel'. And if you hear a clicking noise at higher fan speeds, make sure the screws securing the blades to the motor base are tight.

This was the 2nd time we purchased this fan(actually bought 2 more). We first purchased 2 of them because it has a DC motor to save electricity, electricity is way expensive in Hawaii, and it looks great. But we also found out that it is very quiet and can push a lot of air (~5850 CFM rating). Pretty easy to install. Great value to help keep you cool this summer!

This ceiling fan is really nice. We have it in our bedroom and it looks amazing. It is extremely quiet, and there several speeds for whatever you like. It has been about 2 months since we installed and all is well. I would recommend this ceiling fan.

This is a lovely fan, the shape of the blades, the warm color, and the lovely bronze. Large enough to provide good air flow to a large room.The remote is easy to use. Yes I recommend this product.

Very sturdy and solid ceiling fan unit! Real Wood fan blades with a new design that maximizes air movement with it's curved shape. Also prevents later drooping as many of the older fan's blades do. Easy installation, quiet as a whisper yet moves air more so than any other ceiling fan I've ever purchased in the last 35 years. The only thing that would make this fan better is to have included a wall mount for the remote control. Love it.

Got this fan with Bond package. HD made several mistakes in shipping only the bond and not the fan to the store, but eventually got worked out. Lucky I was not in a hurry for it. Note Alexa integration is here with Bond device but not the Alexa devices like a echo or dot. Cons: —no screws included to attach fan mount to electrical box. Lucky I was replacing it with a current fan so had those screws, but you may want to buy at least two 1.25 to 1.5 inch flat machine screws for your electrical box. —The decorator nuts and screws are not easy to put on. Suggest you connect all the nuts and screws on a blade loosely then tighten. Also, had to ensure the square nut would sit properly into the blade and metal so no gaps between nut cap and blade. A bit of a pain when working on a ladder attaching. Afterwards thought maybe I should have assembled on the bed then lifted the whole assembly, but was trying to follow the directions. —Only one remote can be used with this fan. Thus even if you buy another remote it wont work. Bond is only way to give you another control. —No wall control—really need this as an option. Thus either wall switch is disabled and you use Alexa to give voice commands or have remote nearby or use your phone app. Other option is I have a lutron cassetta light switch that controls power on and off—dimmer switch is a no no here. Thus when I leave room I can quickly turn off and then when I come back can hit switch and fan returns to prior fan and light setting. Another option, is a new product, $99, just out that has Alexa built into the wall switch so that may be worth investigating as long as it does not have a dimmer. —because DC motor takes a few seconds longer to get up to speed. —the decorative plate that goes on to hide screws on ceiling cowl is tricky to see and attach and line up so it locks onto the screw heads. —the fan blades are a bit rough and seem to me will pickup and hold dust, thus not easy to clean. I coated them with endust cleaner and anti static spray. Make your own anti-static spray by mixing one part fabric softener to four parts water in a spray bottle. —On remote, wish it had buttons for each fan speed versus a + and -, that way can quickly set to my favorite setting. Bond app has this feature so end up using that instead. Pros: —ultra silent, no noise from motor. Love the DC motor. But this fan uses a third the electric than the fan it replaced that flow the same amount of air so worth it. —flows a lot of air on high. we keep on 3 or 4 setting. —Very well balanced. Use a small level to ensure down rod is perpendicular. Do this once you are completely done assembly and before turning on. At first I did not do this and fan was a little off perpendicular but blades still stayed balanced running at a slight angle. —Bond app is easy to use. Instructions included not best, but website has demo and app walks you thru step by step as well. — After connecting bond and working with app, You need to do a firmware upgrade to turn off the top of bond blue light ring or dimm it. Like it better than remote. From app, click on pencil icon then select firmware upgrade then follow instructions—takes a few minutes. —Have a power outage while sleeping, this fan goes back to same setting once power comes on so you stay cool and not have to wake up and turn it back on after power outage. —the included dimmable led bulbs are ok for general light. I typically keep dimmed about 50% and use other lights. If your only source of light and big room you may want to replace higher lumen LED bulbs. Bulbs included are 2700K—depending on other light temperature in room and colors in room you may want to change. Our other lights are 3000k which is close enough and looks good. —Reverse works well if you want air circulated but not on top of you. This was installed on a 10 foot ceiling with the down rod that was included. The last fan had a 18 inch downrod. Thus think of the look you want for your ceiling height. With the fan up high it makes room feel bigger. However, I do think if I would have used a 12 inch down rod it would show off the beauty of the fan and feature it more in the room. Also lowering fan may mean using a lower fan speed setting. Even though this fan is 4 inches wider than old fan it looks smaller since closer to ceiling.

Best fan ever

I love this fan. It moves air around amazingly. The previous home owner had 4 different fans in the house when we bought it and all 4 had varying degrees of efficiency. The one in out bedroom barely moved any air even on high speed. We decided on this one after sitting in the bedroom that had this same make and model. It’s amazing. It comes with a remote to control the fan. Some people don’t like that it doesn’t come with a wall switch. However, I feel that this is a minor inconvinience with how strong this fan is. I velcroed the remote to the wall next to the door and that has worked well for us
