Box had been previously opened and from the looks of the wires that were cut, been installed, with the previous customer changing their mind. All of the parts were in zip lock bags. We returned, however when going back to the store today, it looks like an associate actually put it back on the shelf for sale. Terrible business practice.

It took some time to figure out the correct wirings and install but it looks great in our dining area. I would buy again!

I love it. It adds elegance to my dining room.

It was missing several strands when I bought it. I had to go back to the store to get the strands because the electrician had already installed it. Y’all need to check the packaging before selling to the customer!

I love this chandelier. Have a completely different and beautiful look to my dinning room.

It’s a beautiful chandelier.

Simply beautiful. Well packaged, nice quality crystals, straight-forward installation. Makes me happy when I walk into the room. Appreciated the inclusion of a few spare parts.

Little pricey .. Took me 3 hrs to assemble and install along with hardwiring from wall. Instructions to assemble are too short but in end the finished product looks elegant!

We had someone come out to install the light and once they got it hung, they pulled out the box that should’ve had the hanging crystals only to find a sealed empty box.

Very beautiful and easy put together

The lights were easy to install.

We bought it for our new home. It is small one but fits well in our home. At first we thought how will it look , but after chandelier has been fixed it was looking good. It’s gorgeous when we turned on switch. Also, this one is very easy to install.

Quality and aesthetic appearance is exactly what I was looking for. Installation was reasonable and well documented.
