This is my second one awesome fan

Hands down the easiest fan I have ever installed. I did take note of one of the reviewers and ensured that blades that were not completely straight were directly opposite of each other. During reviews found a great installation youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pB_YEaBaHh8). Fan does stutter when starting but if you read the note in the box that's due to this fan having a DC motor and it's aligning the magnetic poles. The light is a lot brighter than my other fans in the house but not as bright as the ceiling fixture that it replaced.

I just bought one and it wobbles too much. We tried everything to keep it but is way too much and a ticking sound driving me crazy. I love the way it looks but unfortunately is not good

This is a great fan. It converts AC current to DC current somehow which makes for a very quiet and efficient fan. This is the second one I've bought. Beware, however that mounting on a sloped ceiling is difficult as the hanging bracket is not engineered correctly for that type of installation.

Good product

The fan looks great however is not controllable. Light comes on and fan speeds up on its own. Remote will not control. Remote is the only control other than the off on wall unit I installed. The fan is dangerous as it will speed up to the point it is rocking back and forth to the point it may fall. I suspect there is some interference from other remotes. Company needs to make a wall unit that controls the fan. Would not buy this fan as it is a safety hazard.

I had the fans professionally installed - I bought them in different sizes - 44 inch, 52 inch and 60 inch key issues - The remotes do not work at ranges of more than 6-8 feet. - a few fans wobble a tiny bit - I do hope that daylight was a meaningful option

This fan has dc motor which has a weird starting pattern. It tries to align its coils for energy efficiency, however this takes surprisingly long at times and gets stuck. I have to power off and on to start succesfully. This behavior is mentioned in manual, but it tests your patience.

I bought 3 fans with the hope that each remote would operate the fan individually. Not only does it not do it but the directions given did not program the remotes and their is no tech support either. The claim to have a YouTube video on how but it is not up either.

Great fan - installed it in our living room with a high vaulted ceiling using a two foot down-rod (purchased separately). Fan moves a lot of air on the highest setting, which is the most important feature for me. It's nice to have more than the normal three speed settings found on most other fans. The lighting is adequate -- I wish it was a bit brighter but it works (and is pretty standard for similar LED fan lights I've seen). Remote control is nice and has a lot of controls on it. I appreciate that it has an LED indicator to show you what speed setting the fan is currently on when you change it, and that it has separate up and down controls for dimming the light. Remote also has a button to change the direction of the fan, which will be nice if I need to use it (since my fan is up high), but I'm worried it's a bit too easy for my kids to press the button accidentally. The fan we purchased at the store actually came with the wrong remote control packaged in it, which would not pair with the fan and was clearly not the remote pictured in the manual. Fortunately they had more of this model in stock at our local store and the customer service reps let me open one up to get the right remote control once I explained the situation, no hassle.

Returned the first one due to ticking noise. This one is much better so far. We’ll see what happens!

Great ceiling fan and is super quiet.

Looks fantastic, really moves the air, and the DC motor runs silently. The remote is solid and simple to operate. My only concern is that this fan takes a few seconds to "wake up" and get moving in the right direction, perhaps due to the DC motor. I would prefer instant response when I turn it on.

The looks of this fan caught my attention right away. Read a few reviews and opted to buy anyway. As any project, wasn't perfect install....due to prior builders shortcuts. Overcoming those issues were much harder than this fan install. Amazingly detailed install video on the HD site, should you have any questions. Looks great. Quiet. The light is very bright in my opinion. Had no misaligned holes to contend with. Very pleased with finished product.

Quiet & nice looking fan. We were hesitant to purchase a home decorators ceiling fan as we mostly purchase Fanimation. Great remote with varying speed control, breeze function, timer and light dimming feature. Moves lots of air, light is bright for an LED ceiling fan. Very happy with this fan.

Great fan and ray setup, about 1 hour installation.

Reasonably priced, looks great, but with some quality issues. The first fan I purchased from Home Depot had a bad electric motor even though phone technical support said it was only the receiver (located in the enclosed motor housing). The problem is this fan's instructions say it will not work without the blades installed so you will end up installing the entire fan before testing if you have a bad motor or not. As a short cut I recommend the following up-front test which isn't fool proof, but will save me a lot of frustration if I purchase another one of these fans. After removing the three cardboard (anti rotate) shipping pieces, lightly spin the fan motor assembly. If it binds in one area of the 360 degree circle, you likely will have issues with the motor. If it spins freely with even resistance throughout the 360 degree circle, you should be good. With regard to the review, the fan is very quiet but begins to wobble and rattle when over speed #3 making those speeds less enjoyable for my taste. With regard to the wall-mounted remote switch in-availability, I don't believe there is a Bond compatible wifi wall-mounted remote switch for any fan in the world. If/when one becomes available, I will likely purchase it. For my home, I installed a standard on/off switch to control all power to the fan/fan light and I use the hand held remote and Bond wifi application for individual control of the fan and fan light--same as I do for my other Bond ceiling fans. Reviews should remember that a wall switch or a wall remote switch overrides the fan controls so it will render the hand held remote,Bond wifi/Alexa/Google assistant useless if it is off (and Bond can't recognize the switch is off). If users desire a fan light (light only) controlled by a simple on/off wall switch, you likely could wire a switch to control the light rendering the hand held remote control/Bond Bond wifi/Alexa/Google Assistant useless in favor of the hard-wired switch. This type of installation would require cutting the blue wire (severing it's power from the receiver) and running another wire up the down rod and through the ceiling to an on/off switch. I have not undertaken that installation and would suggest calling the phone support number prior to doing so as they may void the warranty.

The fan runs very smoothly, even on high. No motor hum, No blade wobble, No vibration. Easy to assemble. The lowest speed is able to circulate air around our family room without you feeling like air is being blown on you.

Love this fan. Beautiful, amazingly quiet, very effective and so many useful features. ONLY negative is the remote doesn't come with a wall bracket so you have to just leave it sitting on a table. Other than that, awesome product.

This is a great fan. Very quiet, moves a lot of air, looks good & easy to install. THE PROBLEM: The fan works only with the supplied remote. There is no compatible wall controller available. The manufacturer does not think that it is necessary to be able to turn on the light when entering or exiting a room while leaving the fan running. They really need to develop a controller that can be mounted in place of a standard wall switch. If you do not have a table by the door on which to place the remote when you leave the room you are pretty much screwed. The design team really missed the boat on this one. THE ONLY OPTIONS: Turn the fan and the light both off when leaving the room. (negating the purpose of the fan) Purchase an additional ugly black remote for each doorway at $38.00 each. Walk into a dark room and try to find the remote in the dark. Had I known this limitation to this fan I would not have purchased it. I really do regret my purchase & wish I had performed a little more research. I recommend you pass on this fan for one designed with the consumer in mind.

This fan is classy yet modern! Love the light and the power is exactly what I needed for my outdoor patio .

We bought two, installed one turned it on and it wobbled so bad and made a terrible noise. We returned both...

I love this fan...BUT syncing with the remote is a total pain in the rear if anything happens to the fan and it needs to be re-synced. A simple bump of a fan blade un-synced the fan and I can't get it back to working...and can't find any help online on fixing it. Gorgeous fan.

Against the experiences of other reviewers, I picked up this fan because I loved the way it looked and hoped it would work out for me. Unfortunately after wiring and unwiring the fan multiple times, I couldn't get it to work. The lights would slightly flicker each time I turn on the switch. DOA :(
