The material is horrible, swelled just after a few months with only one person using it. Definitely not worth the money. Even with its warranty the manufacturer will never reimburse you. They was only willing to replace two drawers. Every single drawer is defective. And they are sending out the Dove Grey color after I clearly stated I have the white. It’s on sale now but your better off getting better quality

I have been waiting for a actual functional vanity. This one does not disappoint. The double door plumbing area has to shelf’s instead of wasting space. All drawers are decent and bottom right extra deep. The very top drawer is a actual drawer!

This thing is solid and HEAVY. It seems to be made of MDF. I got it in the Antique Oak and was expecting stained wood based on the pics. It looks like wrapped MDF and there's white paint splattered on it, especially in the "wood" grain. Not was was pictured, but nice. The soft close drawers are nice, but a few don't work well. I love that it has a tilt out under the sink and a nice, big, double drawer. The top looks good and doesn't seem to stain or get water spots (which would have happened already because there's a good amount of space between the sink and faucet hole where water puddles).

Only couple months and become damage so weak bad quality.

I love everything about it except for one small spot of “bubble paint” in one of the drawers.

I had this vanity installed around Christmas. 6 months later the sides started puffing and the paint cracking. The quality is so bad that any amount of water on the side made the cracking worse. I even placed a towel on my counter to prevent water from dripping down the side of the vanity. It’s bizarre that a bathroom vanity cannot withstand any amount of water. *my bathroom has never flooded. Water dripping is from typical wash washing.

the quality is everything and it’s just so nice, i was nervous purchasing it online with out seeing it in person but 100% don’t regret it

This Mel park 36 vanity is beautiful, great product for price and the wait was worth it little heavy to bring in but wife and I made it happen an now looks great to complete our remodeled bathroom .

This vanity is perfection. This is great quality and a beauty color.

We have only had the vanity 4 days and it is now stained. I can see maybe the edge being stained by washing and brushing but the inside of the sink and surrounding edge is stained too, there's no way we could have done that. Very upset to spend this kind of money and not even get a week to enjoy it.

Was a bit hesitant to order this vanity since it was selling for over $1000 online and not available to view it in-person in stores. But i still pulled the trigger and couldn’t be happier. Arrived timely and the packaging was great - no damage at all. Final product looks great but time will tell how long it lasts.

We got this awesome vanity, so we thought. The feet are a 1/2 in wider then the rest of the vanity. So if you have EXACTLY 60’ across then AVOID buying this.. My husband and I are currently trying to figure out how we are going to get this into place.

Beatifull vanity i would buy this again for next project

Bought this vanity a littlenover a year ago on home remodel. Bathroom finished up. After two weeks of light use, the drawer is showing significant issues!!! Do not buy if this is the case!! Will be discussing with HD. If they stand by their items I will update.

We have had this product installed for a few days and it immediately started to crack. Not sure what is happening. It could potentially be water, but this is made to be around water. Very disappointed. Of course they will require you to return it to the store instead of coming replace it for us. Or they'll offer you a 10% refund to keep it.

Nice product and prompt delivery. But the the back marble panel us 1 1/2” shorter than the vanity top.

I really wanted this vanity in white, but it was out of stock. I had to choose something else to keep my renovation on schedule. After not finding another white vanity that I liked nearly as much, I decided to get this vanity in the dove gray instead. I absolutely love it! Looks even better in person and the quality is great. I would definitely recommend this vanity!

Excellent quality and soft close doors and drawers. Looks amazing in the space. Would highly recommend this product. Came nicely packed and on time delivery.

Met expectations.

This vanity is really beautiful but if you look closely it has some sloppy work, see attached pictures. It came with silver knobs on, I was very thankful I planned to go with the gold because the silver has white paint all over them! It did not come off easily, I gave up. Its clear they put the silver knobs on while still painting and the paint hadnt dried because when we took them off it ripped paint off. I also included a picture of the countertop because somehow I thought it was going to be pure white but was happy to see it had some light marbling in it. Overall I’m happy with this vanity, you can only see these things when looking closely. I would NOT buy this vanity listed at its full price for $1500, not worth it. But on sale for under $1000 I say go for it.

We love this vanity. Great quality and we love the drawers and how they self close so my kids don’t slam them! Would definitely recommend!!

This item is for a bathroom, where you use.... water. Just light drips from the poorly angled top will make the pain peel right off. I live alone. This sink does not get high milage at all. The paint on these is clearly garbage that it peels off in sheets when wet, and isn't the kind of pain you'd want in an area with water and steam from showers. The pictures speak for themselves. Sadly, I bought my home from flippers and didn't have the receipt for this or I would have made Home Depot take it back while it was still in the 1 year period. Without the receipt, they wouldn't help. The damage started to show in the first 6 months of use, and before a year had passed turned into this. I'm going to have to strip this and air spray it with the appropriate paint to fix it. If not for the bad paint, I'd recommend it. The storage is great, the counter top is nice, but the paint makes it the worse purchase you can ever make. This model is slightly changed with update trim on the doors, which would make the water issue even worse.

I don't usually leave reviews but I feel the need here. This vanity checked all the boxes we wanted, it has marble, brushed gold hardware, single door, and a convenient drawer. We got it, it was packaged perfectly and then realized that quality was non existent. Here are the issues found: front cabinet had 4 spots of paint on it. It was like there were imperfections in the wood but they used a slightly off color white to touch it up. Then broken piece on the drawer, cracks/chips in paint on both sides of the vanity and the most egregious was the front of the vanity where it looks like they tried to cover up a broken piece by gluing another piece of wood but different shape. I started the return the very same day I got it. Read reviews...see pictures and if you still decide to get it... I hope you don't get a lemon like me. It has set my project back a minimum of 2 weeks.

This vanity is no where near the color advertised online.

The vanity is beautiful! The only problem is the vanity was to measure 48” wide but the legs flared out so we had to cut into the Sheetrock, and it was a hassle because the vanity weighs over 200 lbs. But it’s otherwise beautiful

I remodeled my bathroom that had a pedestal sink. This vanity is really beautiful! The color is a very light gray and goes real well with my lavender walls. It has a working pull out drawer and the doors are soft-close. The sink is nice with a touch of gray marbling.

Nice product quiet drawers looks great very heavy though ( i would not recommend a secod floor install)

For those who like me, are wondering what shade this grey truly is, I was able to most closely match it to PPG-Glidden PPG1009-3 "Solitary State". I then selected PPG1009-5 "Phoenix Fossil", which was two shades darker from the pallet for the walls. This is the 36" unit with the grey finish installed. The hardest part was carrying it up the stairs, because it's heavy, and of course delicate as are our walls! The fixtures in the renovated bath are Delta's Porter collection, which is a rubbed bronze finish, you will need the wide footprint fixture, NOT the one with fawcet and handles all together. The tilting mirror has the same finish hardware, but it is Moen Gilcrest. We picked lighting fixtures and switch/power covers in rubbed bronze also. I opted to put the gold tone knobs on the vanity, they're really heavy quality. Not sure if I'll look for rubbed bronze or not, the handle ones are 6" between screws, so that limits options, and these don't look too terrible. I love how the cabinets all have the soft-close feature, even the tilt-out drawer under the sink. The only workmanship issue we had was that one of the screws holding the tilt-out drawer pulled free of the drawer front, the threads were full of sawdust and the mating thread was gone. Replacing this screw with a larger one and some wood glue fixed it right up. All in all the quality is better than a lot of these we saw in the stores, and the value was good because it included the top. My daughter likes the offset sink, it gives a larger space for all her accoutrements (fancy word for "stuff"). I also recommend applying some sort of wax to the counter top to prevent stains. I used TR Industries Gel-Gloss Kitchen and Bath Cream Wax Polish, it goes on like car wax, let it dry to a haze and wipe off (wax-on, wax-off Daniel-san), easy.
