This thing is such a fuel miser and so quiet! Hooked up to my transfer switch and powers AC, Lights, Microwave, etc with no problem. Also powers my 220 volt welder and plasma cutter without a hiccup. Does not get any better than this! Ready for the next hurricane.

This generator was a great investment. I own a food trailer and it is awesome when customers are drawn to your truck because other trucks generators are so loud. That alone besides the great power it supplies is amazing. May even buy another and network for more power. 

I have owned a EU3000is for five years now.  It was used from tailgate parties to power house essentials after hurricanes.  This unit has been so solid and dependable that I invested in the upgrade to the EU7000is.  The quietness, fuel efficiency, and dependability can't be beat.  I live in Vero Beach, FL and must say if you are in or near the area and are interested in Honda Power Equipment look nowhere else but Vatland Honda.  

Is heavy, but easy to move around. Quality craftsmanship, materials. Easy to assemble. 

 We purchased a Honda EU7000 generator for our business. I must say this is the best generator that we have ever owned!! Super quiet and easy to operate, and it has an eco throttle that will make it even more quiet.. This is the type of generator you need if you are working in residential neighborhoods. I also like the fuel gauge and control panel that displays the hours used and lets me know that everything is running smooth with the generator. Great job on design and engineering Honda, no other generator comes close. Do yourself a favor if you have any other generator that you use on a daily basis sell it, and buy one of these generators you won't regret it!

This is the best investment I have made other than our camper.We have a bigger camper so we had to upgrade from our EU 3000 i to The EU 7000 is.Both were great investments. Most state campgrounds have you shut your generators off at 2300 hours, but with any Honda generator we have owned we can leave ours run 24/7 without anyone complaining about NOISE.So quiet and economical to run. Maintenance done at the dealers annually will keep you on top of your power game.

Had the power go out the other day.  Hooked the EU7000 up to the house.  Even with 2 furnaces, sump pump, and 3 refrigerators cycling, the lights and TV did not dim.  With other gen sets I have had the voltage sagged drastically as a large load came on.  The EU7000 sat at about 3500 watts running outside the garage, and inside the house you could not hear it

I bought a brand new EU7000is generator and the starter circuit wasn't working.  Seems that the QA should have caught it at the factory but they didn't.  Lucky for me the pull-start worked and I was able to use it before I got it for service.

Great generator..just what I wanted..Very expensive but great product..!! I guess you get what you pay for..!!!

We purchased the Honda 7000 after being struck by Maria at Puerto Rico.  During the process we had other generators while we waited to get the Honda and once we got it we cannot think of using the others.  The generator provides all the power for the house; we run a/c and the pool pump without a hiccup.Worth every penny.  It is quiet and the gasoline consumption is low.Happy that we got it!  Great great great quality and operation.

i bought this generator / inverter as a back up generator for my home. This thing is awesome! It was easy to mount the wheel kit. I put in the battery, and attached a battery tender to the battery. The battery had over an 80% charge on it from the factory. I put a quart of 10W30 motor oil in it. Disconnected the battery tender. Took her outside and fueled it up. Put in the key; hit the starter; and she fired right up. The GFCI receptacles passed their test, and i ran a test load on her flawlessly. She’s pretty quiet with the Eco switch off, and she really quieted down when i turned the Eco switch on after a few minutes. I love this thing! High quality, and i know we’ll be able to sleep when we lose power again and have to use her for back up power. I’ve been in the fire department for 35 years. We only use Honda portable generators in our department because we know they’re reliable and always start with proper use and maintenance.

Amazingly hushed, inaudible, mute, muted, quiet, silent, soundless, still! ¡Increíblemente silencioso!  

I have 6 Honda's I loved the Eu6500 is I have three with over 5000 hrs on them. I have 2 EU7000is and just bought my 3rd --and I love them. I break them in for 200 hrs and switch to 10-30 full synthetic and change every 100 hr. These generators are way above ant generator in its class, as I run Mobile Grooming and must have dependability and quiet. 

I checked and test generator until now is working normally.

It's an excellent and dependable generator.  It's ridiculously simple and easy to use.  The generator is a very quite, you can have a conversation at a normal voice level next to the generator.  It's great, I recommend it to everyone.

I got a EU7000iS oct 15,2017 from my Son because Hurricane Maria left us without electric power,jan 12,2018 we are still without power. As i write this my gen set has 1876hrs of almost constant use.i have been dilagent with maintence 18 oil changes, 4 spark plugs changed,4 air filter changes. My only problem has been not starting due to 3amp fuse failure,and subsequently not shutting down via key switch on 3 occassions. I pulled the fuses and cleaned everything with contact cleanerthinking this would solve my problem. Again it wouldnt shut down so i removed the battery cover and jiggled the cables behind the fuse holder with the switch in the off position and the generator shut down. Im still not sure about the cause of this problem but other than that i am satisfied with th equipment. Any suggestions? How many hours should my generator last with this kind of use.

Excellent performance, is absolutely economical in fuel consumption.The noise does not affect you can have a conversation next to the generator while it is on.Better buy for the money

I bought the EU7000is. I strongly recommend this generator. I have used it for 77 consecutive days and 1000 hours with no issue whatsoever. Great product.

Excellent Piece of equipment.  Very Strong and stable.  Very quiet and fuel efficient.  During these days in PR without electric power it has been a blessing.  VEry easy to maintain and its reliability is one of a kind.

This is my second Honda generator . It's a great product. I wanted to purchase the remote control switch with it, but the store did not carry that item. 

I bought the generator due to Huricane María, excellent performance, an average of 12 hours in operations daily during 25 days. 100% satisfaction...

Amazing piece of equipment. Got it recently as home back up after the devastation made by hurraicane Maria in Puerto Rico. Ran it for 4 hours a few days back with a large size fridge, cuple of fans, few ligths, 52 tv plus Cable box on and 2 inverter A/C units (26 and 12 btu). Super quiet and efficient, displaying 1,100 output in the imonitor with eco-throttle on and just 2400 rpm.  My wife and son love it ! Neighbos more than happy!!!! 

The EU7000is the best portable generator I ever seen, very easy to use and very quiet.I can't be more happier with this generator.

This is a very nice machine, but it you want it to run a skill saw and air compressor , forget it.  I do not understand because 10 yrs ago bought an EU 6500.  It would run anything.  It is still going strong. 

I bought the generator and is working excellent, I was able to run it for 18 hours with 5gal gasoline can. Although many of the people is using it for short period, I live in Puerto Rico am I am using it daily after Hurricane Maria stroke the island and I have been without power counting today 72 days and do not know when it will be restored.

Runs longer than any other generator we have used and is so quiet we don't ever hear it. Starts easy.

I have 4 generators 3 gas operation and one diesel.Since Irma hits Puerto Rico and Maria next I can hardly sleep. No electricity, no water no nothing.My cousin send me this generator and My life com back to Me and My family and my neighbors too.No noise and a pleased sleep for Me and My neigbors. 

This is by far the best Generator I've owned.Pricey,but so far worth every penny-I would recommend this ultra quiet unit to anyone.

I purchased one of these and it ran fine for 6 months but it will shut down on 220 volt load after about 15 minutes of running.  We think the gas tank builds pressure and this is what is cutting it off.  Went to Honda Dealer and they did not seem to care --ask for a Honda Rep to no avail.  We think this is a known issue. We will probably just go with a Yamahaay
