Everything was fine with the fan, except we didn’t receive a holder for the remote. We have previously purchased the same fan from the store and it came with a remote holder.

Bought two of these fans. One of the boxes did not have all of the pieces. Now I have to return the fan and hope that there’s another one of the same model to exchange with. This should not happen. It is terribly inconvenient.

This fan wasn't too hard to install and the instructions were pretty clear. It looks great, is very quiet, and easy to use thanks to the remote control. A lot of people complain about the beeping the fan makes when you turn on or off the fan or lights. This can be turned off via the remote however. I personally find this a useful feature and have left it turned on. My only real complaint about this fan is the pairing button. I went to replace the battery and accidentally pressed the pairing button. This unpaired the fan from the remote. It wasn't hard to pair again, but being that my fan is wired direct and not to a light switch, cutting the power meant pulling the fuse.

This is a great looking fan, looked fairly easy to assemble and hang if i had all the parts. Got everything read to hang and noticed that there was no mounting bracket included. So 1/5 stars until i can figure out how to get a replacement.

Easy to install, looks great and perfectly balanced.

The lights are not very bright that came with the fan.

It is a. good product and works great. I was disappointed that the light was not as bright as I expected. I’m replacing my old fan with light because I changed the light bulbs with higher wattage than suggested and it blew out the light. I bought a new light fixture for the fan but it didn’t work because as I was told when you short circuit the light fixture it burns out something in the fan mechanism and you have to replace the entire fan and light fixture. I won’t make that mistake again.

The wall switch only acts as a breaker, you cannot control the fan and light independently with wall switches. It ONLY works with the remote or if you buy an additional Hunter wall switch, only costing you more. Oh, and you can’t use a dimmer switch either. I wished I knew this when I bought it a year ago while planning a remodel. Well, that’s $170 down the drain since it’s too old to return.

Spent a whole morning trying to get dual switches to work, read the one star reviews on here and saw other people having same issues. A rep from hunter said it’s not intended for dual switch, EVEN THOUGH IT HAS WIRING DIAGRAM FOR IT IN THE PACKAGE!!! Fine for single switch, not for dual. Returning the fans back to the store once they’re packed as best as I can.

Beautiful. The length of the downrod was a bit short, so this means that the fan cannot be lower from the ceiling but it works for me!!!

The remote did not work consistently and the light lit up the ceiling, but it did not provide ample light to anyone sitting beneath it. I returned it after one trial. It is attractive, but I prefer functionality.

The fan works great, easy to assemble and the features are great except for one. The manufacture needs to know I do not appreciate the types of bulbs that were included with the fan. These bulbs are dim and not worth charging the customer for them. Manufacture needs to be forwarded this feedback to leave out these bulbs and the added cost to the customer and/or include the right bulbs that adjust to different brightness's of which the fan has the feature built in already! Giving a 4 star rating because if company wants to do right by their customers, don't have customer waste extra money for inadequate bulbs that are included in turn having customer go out and spend more money to purchase the right bulbs to make built in feature to operate properly.

Fan has nice look and quality for the price. Fairly easy to install and is whisper quiet. I would recommend it.

The whole reason I wanted this fan was because it came with a remote included. The remote is basically worthless since you have to be within a couple feet of the fan for it to work and even then it's barely responsive. This is absolute garbage. All I wanted is for the remote to work within 5-10 feet of the fan so we could operate it from bed. So incredibly disappointed with this lemon and not much we can do about it since it's already been installed. Why do companies make such garbage?!!!

This fan meets my expectations. Very quiet and cool the bedroom very well

I chose this fan for the integrated remote control. There were three boxes on the shelf (2 were obvious returns). I should have been suspicious, but I purchased the unopened box. After easy installation, the remote only worked for the initial on/off then stopped. I called Hunter and they way walked me through various attempts to reset the remote to no avail. They said the (un-replaceable) 'integrated receiver' failed. I took the assembled fan back to the store and got my money back.

It was easy to install, didn’t shake. Remote variable speed and dimming led light work well.

Nice fan, easy installation and it runs quiet.
