If you follow step by step directions, its difficult to install blades and light kit upside down. Install blades and light kit before hanging fan motor.

We had Hunter fans installed in our old home a few years ago. Loved them and had no issues. We moved into a new home and I purchased Hunter fans for the living room and all bedrooms. 100% regretting that decision because the lights constantly flicker on and off. We never had this issue with our old fans. My husband went to a client’s house last week and they are having the same issue with their Hunter fans. I have no idea what to do at this point.

Great looking fan, functions well so far. The output from the light is disappointing, but to be expected. Installation was complicated by the remote receiver, there is very little room to attach the wires.

Poorly made in that download would not screw in and constantly cross threaded due to poorly cut threads. Shroud screws had a similar issue.

Absolutely perfect. The LED brightens the room quickly and is a great addition.

Quite disappointed. Easy installation, great looks, NO LIGHTS!!! Got only 14 v coming into the light fixture.

I have never seen better installation instructions on any product. Very well done.

Fan is smooth and quiet but doesn't seem to move much air

The lights flicker on and off. I paid 200 bucks to install all 3 so I wasted that money if I take back. Not sure what to do :(

This fan has 3 speeds. At the highest speed I expected much more airflow. I have a Hunter fan in my living room and couldn't be more satisfied. This Hunter fan is located under my patio. I would have probably brought it back but after my husband and I got it up there it just wasn't worth the trouble of taking it down, packing it all back up and returning it to the store. I'm happy with the light it puts out and the overall look of the fan.

Fan was installed in my screen porch last summer and it worked fine. This year the fan speed is horrible. The highest setting moves like a normal low speed. When I contacted Hunter they said it was an issue with the receiver and I would need to purchase a replacement part for $50 since it was over a year old. Of course the part is out of stock with no estimate of an in stock date. Apparently I am not the only one having issues with this part. I expected better from Hunter, both in the quality of the fan itself and in the customer service. A fan should last for more than a year without needing a replacement part. It is too bad because the fan looks nice. However the remote looks cheap and out of date. Doesn’t fit with the look of the fan.

The lights are really disappointing. The fan works well. The light shows the two separate bulbs rather than an overall glow of light. But even worse, the light turns off and on rather than stay on consistently. I will be contacting Hunter directly. I would avoid this fan and light for this reason.

This fan was just right for my front porch. The remote controls the fan speed, and the light dimmer. At max brightness, it really lights up the porch. It was easy to install. Recommend this product.

I ordered two of these fans for our screened-in porch. They are really nice. They are extremely quiet and the amount of light they put out is very adequate. I was concerned when another reviewer complained about how bright they were(n't) but don't be concerned, they are fine. The surprise to me is that the blades are wood. They are nicely done but I expected plastic. Hope they clean up ok.

Fantastic Quality product. Easy and clear install instructions. Incredibly quiet and smooth design. Love how it looks and love how much air it moves.

Although it's only been installed about 2 weeks, we love it so far. It is basically silent when in the low or medium speed.

Fairly easy to install. Minor electrical problems.
