I soent $3,000 dollars in tbis to have it delicered severely dmaaged to the point just one piece couldnt be replaced. The other 7/8 items in the set were fine but they refuse to replace 1 dmaged item. Therefore, the entire 8 piece set needs to be returned and reordered. Terrible chstomer service betwen home depot and husky. I soent over 6 hours over 3 days on the phone with them to repeat my story every time

It said pre-assembled so I mistakenly thought it would get delivered and I could just worry about organizing it. Super disappointed. Hopefully the quality will make up for it if I ever finish assembling it. Did get delivered earlier than expected so that was great.

Love these cabinets! Fully pre-assembled, they arrive in great condition. The folks who designed the packaging were genius! Never had an issue with function or durability. Have outfitted three garages so far!

Love these heavy-duty cabinets and system. Work flawlessly with virtually no assembly required (screw in feet pucks for drawer units, level feet on cabinets). Later production units are also packaged very well and reduce the likelihood of damage. They are heavy so get a friend to help install them, but well worth every penny!

The whole thing shows up in a box that's like a monolith and takes a good chunk of a day to unbox. When I finally got it out, I found one door was dented in the shipment. I wrote and called and wrote again and called again and wrote again to get a replacement door. They promised to ship one, but over a year later, and still no door!

Overall I was pleased with the cabinets. Love the soft closing doors. Cabinets arrived with some dents but customer service was good to deal with.

Pros Black aesthetic Great drawers Packaging was fantastic Cons Drawer liners are trash. Wish there were more shelves in the cabinets. Keys are low quality Lights are nice, but not really a great way to use them both on the upper cabinets and in the tall cabinets. Maybe some more lengths of coupling wire. The stickers. Why god why!?! this is just insulting and really show this company has no clue what they are doing. Sell me a product, don't give me a chore.

These cabinets arrived with excessive damage. Broken legs, all the screws sheared off the top panel, inside contents damaged. Numerous dents. Customer service was just as tough to deal with. Offered 150 off?!?! An item this expensive. Will be returned and not reordering

The shipping for this product is just as bad as it gets. I have been waiting on a replacement door for over 5 months. Great product but the shipping is very bad. Beware! It is also very difficult to speak to customer service. Beware!!!!!

It arrived damaged. Customer service offers a return or $100 discount. Dont buy heavy large items online!!!

Ordered this October 19th. After traversing the entire state of Kansas, it was delivered on November 13th. Inspected the items and saw no damage to the boxes, however, when I removed the cardboard, the upper right hand corner of each cabinet were crushed and I could not open the doors. After an hour on the phone, mostly on hold, I was told it had to be returned and I would have to reorder at a higher price. They did say they would honor the original price once I received the replacement order. Of course the item is out of stock, so I have no Idea when I will finally get my cabinet.

The wall locker doors have several dents in them.

Got this item and doors were bent up not sure from where, but hopefully new doors will fix it just to big and heavy to return to the store

Had to hire a handyman to fix the left door broken hinge on delivery

Its heavy, arrives in one box. Took us about 1/2 a day to unload and install. I’d recommend getting it delivered. Great instructions and looks amazing.

Order on line was good but the delivery was bad they say the date of the delivery and it was about four or five days later. I will never order these parts online again

Great unit have everything all together in one place! The 24” of depth is super!! Well worth it made very well!

After reading a multitude of customer reviews citing damage/dents/dings, etc. upon delivery, I was expecting the worst for the two complete sets of the 148" wide Heavy Duty cabinets delivered December of 2022. I unpacked and placed the 12 cabinets 2 months later. There was absolutely NO DAMAGE (no dings, dents, scratches, etc.) to any of the cabinets. The only minor issue was that one of the wall cabinet locking mechanisms was missing a screw the held one of the vertical locking rods in place. I would recommend these cabinets to anyone.

So much space. Infinitely configurable.

I would buy this product again, but instead would opt for delivery. The package is so tall that even driving slowly at night the box tipped over when going up a hill. It later fell onto my truck cab. Minimal damage (cab light), but my back hasn't been this sore in years. The loading team did great and were super friendly. Only preference with pickup would be that the package be facing the tailgate. As I don't haveaforklift to take out the 400+ lb box, we had to take the smaller cabinets first.

You don’t even off additional shelves for the cabinet… 36x83 and only 2 shelves or cabinet SUCKS!!

Great quality, and a must have for all garages to get organized. I read a lot of reviews about these cabinets showing up dented. I was hesitant because of all the reviews but mine showed up in perfect condition.

It's a very nice and high-quality product for the price. I went with heavy duty and the built quality is more than appropriate for a regular garage etc. Shelves are very sturdy and also adjustable. Lots of drawers and the middle cabinets comes with wood top which doubles as work bench space. I add some wall slots and peg board which happened to fit pretty well in the space and add some LED lights. See Pic.

I've been SUPER impressed with this system! I really appreciate the ability to customize features like the drawer height and casters or leveling feet. The insides of the doors are lined with pegboard! Everything is very well made and went together smoothly. Ours came with all the hardware we'd need for a number of different configurations. Whoever designed the system was definitely thinking ahead. The components are quite heavy (that's kinda the point) so set-up is a two-man job.

The construction and build quality on these 5-drawer cabinets exceeded my expectations. They are very solid and heavy. The drawers have soft auto-close mechanisms that results in a fair amount of resistance - you have to give them a good tug to open before they slide freely. My only complaint would be that the top two drawers are very limited in what they can hold. The face of the drawer is about 5" tall, but here is a horizontal internal support structure that limits the usable height for the contents on these two to about 2.5". That's fine if you want to put basic hand tools in them, but the size you see on the front is a bit misleading once you open it. The other drawers below 1 and 2 do not have that constraint. Bottom line - very happy with this purchase. I installed these to serve as under counter storage below some workbenches I use for reloading in my garage.
