I like it and it works fine. The only thing I want to make suggestion is: the box needs to be designed for enough room after you installed the air fitting.

The hammer is slower acting than other traditional impact guns...
The hammer is slower acting than other traditional impact guns I've used in the past, but it hits harder with each impact. I thought it was broken at first. Once I understood how it worked, I'm happy with it. Makes short work of otherwise difficult projects.

There has to be something wrong in your setup as this is our best selling impact with tons of power. You need to ensure you have a minimum of a 20 gallon compressor and a 3/8” diameter hose. The make sure you adjust your air compressor air to 90 psi with the tool running as it requires 90 psi at the tool not at the compressor. If you are unable to achieve the 90 psi at setup then your compressor does not produce enough air to operate this tool and you need a larger/more powerful compressor.
After this setup your compressor setting may be higher than 90 psi to achieve the 90 psi with the tool running. Once this process is completed , this tool will successfully drive a 6” lag bolt in to a pressure treated 4x4 with no issues. No hole needed. Please adjust your setup and try again.

Pleasantly surprised
I work in fleet maintenance on freightliner trucks and utility trailers. this gun zaps off everything (if I don’t snap the bolt haha) with ease. Oil your gun daily I beat the snot out of mine and it’s been a year and ZERO hiccups with the gun.

Best impact on market under $100
Bought and returned 2 harbor freight impacts before this one (both $80).They both claimed more power than this one but couldn’t take off a single 100ftlb lug nut.This 650 husky was able to remove 4 150lb lugs before my 10 gallon compressor even turned on.

Pretty good. It's ok for lug nuts.
Been looking around for a pneumatic air impact wrench since getting a new air compressor. Most every air impact wrenches out there only have either a 90 day warranty, up to a year warranty. This Husky has a 3yr. Warranty
But every air impact wrench I looked at said that it needs 20 gallon compressor minimum ! AND to use a 3/8" 25ft. air hose. I have a 35ft. long 3/8" hose on my 26 gallon air compressor.
There is only 1 speed in reverse (I don't know the speed) and 3 speeds forward. (Low, medium, high). But the impact wrench did struggle a little in reverse taking off our car/suv lug nuts, while set at the manufacturer settings of 90 PSI.

a total peice of crap!
Wow, I buy tools all the time, this one was one of the worst. No torque at all. I could hold the socket with my hand on full speed and it would not move.

Nice unit but doesn’t deliver 800 ft/lb as described.
Nicely built unit but it does not deliver the punch it claims to. I used 3/8” airline at 140 psi and it wouldn’t budge a crankshaft bolt I was trying to loosen. So I borrowed a 3/4” 500 ft/lb impact and it broke the bolt loose on the first try. Based on my experience with it, it definitely does not deliver 800ft/lb of torque.
