Awesome product
This is really powerful and you can select 3 point powers either to open or tightening will get effected. just do not forget to oil it everyday after using it.

We have been selling this tool for 10 years and it is best in class and been rated a 4.5 star since inception. You have to have something wrong in your set/up or your compressor isn’t large enough to produce the volume of air to adequately run the tool.

Very disappointed with lack of power. Tool still of some use to me otherwise I’d return it but if you’re looking for something to break nuts loose forget this. It couldn’t even loosen lug nuts I had tightened by hand.

I’m surprised to hear that you experienced a lack of power as this is a great impact with very high reviews. A couple of things to check as to the reduced power. You must run this tool on a 20 gallon or higher compressor to ensure you have that adequate power to run the tool. Also based on the length of 3/8” hose you are running, you need to adjust your compressor accordingly. Set the compressor at 105 psi to allow for the pressure drop. You need 90 PSI at the tool.
