I love this purification system as it is one of the better RO ones I’ve had. I love the fact that it has a UV zapper to kill the bacteria and other harmful additives, and the fact that it also alkalines water which is ideal for the body.

I love this thing. We spent $40 a month on hauling 6 5-gallon bottles off water per week from whole foods to get this type of filtered water for the last 3 years. We decided as soon as we bought our first house this was going to be our first purchase. it's great so far!

Works well, not very difficult to install , however seems to leak for no apparent reason. I shut water off to system for a repair NOT related to the spring system, water was turned back on there were multiple leaks with no apparent reason. Device was not moved nor adjusted in any way.

I managed to install on my own - without help or needing to call for help. If you buy one, watching a few related TouTube videos is helpful. The water tastes fine. The only reason I give it only three stars is that it provides a very limited supply. After jumping all these hoops, the water comes in a thin trickle that makes it an exercise in endurance to fill a cup - let alone a teapot. Once you get approximately 4 cups of water - you have to wait 2-4 hours before the pressurized tank refills. With patience and careful planning you could manage. However, for a family of 5 is not sufficient. We collect water now at regular intervals for later use.

I had a great experience in getting my filter needs from the staff there. I ordered my RO system from online store of Home Depot. It arrived quickly at the store and all the staff was very courteous and helpful. Sadly, I could not find a Home Depot installer to install my RO system at my location. Hey guys, don't be scared to install this unit; I ended up DIM, doing in Myself. the you tube videos gave me the courage and enough instructions to install it. I did it, no leaks, but lots of learning and fun at my mistakes along the way. I am so very happy i have it going now and enjoy fantastic and healthy water to keep my body and skin in great shape. Get one folks, quit destroying tour body and the unfiltered city water... it was eating away at my skin, my teeth and even my health.

What I expected

We got tired of hauling fresh drinking water to the lake every weekend so we invested in this filtration system. We have been using it for a month and a half so far and works great. The lake water is brown from tannins and minerals, the result out of the system is clear great tasting water. Installation is a bit of work and you need a power source for the UV treatment, took about 4 hours. Don't expect a lot of water as it is a little slow but enough for 6 people's consumption, not washing dishes and such.

Arrived almost together, watch the video, it is a easy install. You will notice a change in the taste of the morning coffee, and we now use it for cooking veggies, rice eg. Well worth money spent and old 3 stage out the door.

system is very sophisticated, water quality is wow, the only thing is that replacing filter is nothing for any one to do, taking about stage 4 up, if they can just keep the mechanism put simplify the way that filters install

I bought this filter 1month Aga and I m so happy. Water taste is amazing kids start drinking lot of water. System works very good.

Very good product, seems to work well. Pre-assembled and easy to install. Read instruction for installation and watch tutorial on youtube. Remember to put the c-clips on the fittings. One star less for broken fitting and leak out of the box. But spares are included.

Very easy to install. The faucet has a very appealing design.

Worst filter ever. Hired a plumber to install it and he spent almost THREE hours trying to install it before he finally gave up. It has the cheapest plastic attachments that would not properly attach and just kept leaking everywhere. Had a lake in my kitchen. Returned it. Bought an APEC Five stage filter that he installed in about 40 minutes. It had proper METAL attachments that were easy to attach and did not leak. Had read that people had difficulty installing it but that they had resolved the problem. Obviously not. Plumber to NOT install it cost me more than the entire filter. They should not be allowed to sell this filter until they change the attachments to be metal.

Ispring promises to update the installation instructions soon. Bottom line, the water from this filter tastes great! It replaced my 7 year old GE 3 stage RO filter. It took me 3 hours to install. I have installed two so far. Good price for what you get. I plan to save money on water coliform testing because the filter has a UV coliform killer on top of the stages. I use it to make ices cubes in the Freezer too.

I had the older version running from the river and it worked a treat, this one is even better - TASTES GREAT

Awesome product , after 30 years of buying bottled water now we can drink our well water. We live in SW Fla and have very bad stinky water. This system makes it clear and healthy. We bought two more for Christmas for our kids.
