Great product,Sturdy easy to install.sturdy perfect for small dogs

This product is terrible. You get what you pay for, I suppose. From the first step, which explains how to measure it out, making the template too large for the door, down to the screws simply being too big and not fitting in the door properly....a few ended up getting totally stuck and leaving us unable to use the removable sliding portion of the door because they were in the way of the track. We would return it if the screws weren't stuck, making it nearly impossible to ever get off aside from ruining the rest of our actual door.

This store is not designed to be wall mounted I was informed that I needed to purchase a larger door with a wall mount kit which ended up costing upwards of $100.

Fit where I removed the old one perfectly. Took minutes to replace my old one.

Easy to install and price is right.

This is the only cat door I could find small enough to fit into one of the lites in my "vintage" 15-lite French door. It fits perfectly. Kitty has experience with a different type of cat door, but it didn't take him long to get the hang of operating this one, and he was using it like a pro within a few hours of it being installed. The door has a magnetic strip at the bottom which is supposed to catch the flexible flap, but sometimes it does not catch right and hangs slightly open. Even when closed, there is a slight gap between the flap and the frame (to allow the flap to swing easily.) As my cat door opens to an enclosed, screened porch, this is not such an issue for me but might allow insects to enter if it faced directly outside.

Very good product and price. We love it. It's perfect for small size of dog.

This pet door is just what I wanted, it was easy to install and looks great.

I wanted this for a wall in between two rooms. The supplied plastic pieces aren't long enough to go through a normal wall (they are intended to go through a thin door). I had to make a spacer tunnel out of corrugated sign plastic to go between the two supplied plastic pieces. The tunnels from Ideal Pet Products which are intended for exterior walls and are the same width are a different height, and csan't be used with this product. Still, once I solved that issue it has been working fine.

The door looks great and is perfect for my cats. I was a little worried that my huge 18 pound cat might not be able to use it but he has no problem coming and going. Glad i chose the small size. I can't say how easy it was to install since I had it installed by the company who installed my new garage door but didn't hear any complaints. I choose this door because I like the separate slide in door closure (not the little clip that a cat learns to open). I chose this door specific for this feature because I know that my animals will be secure and won't escape when I am not home. Thank You Home Depot for continuing to offer this door.

Easy to install. Pretty solid. Slide in lock out door for when you don't want them wandering in or out.

We used it for a 12 lb cat and it's working great. Installation is fairly straight forward (hint: it tells which side of the door goes where on the back of each door side) and magnet works well to keep the flap in place. Better quality plastic, etc than others we checked out. The cats only used it for a week but the quality is great so far:)

We have two small Yorkshire Terriers, and this is the perfect size. I have specifically bought this brand the last two times, because I like the style and value. We did buy the most recent one because our old flap was starting to allow in too much outside air. It would be nice to be able to replace just the flap, but replacing the whole unit was an easy and reasonably priced fix.

Works great for the Kitties. Doesn't scare them when they cross through it. I wish it came in brown.
