PRE-HUNG bore holes don't line up!
I bought three PRE-HUNG Jeld-Wen steel entry doors and not a single bore hole lined up with its mate on the PRE-HUNG jam. It took a lot of work to install the hardware and there's simply NO EXCUSE

I ordered this door and when the installer came I was informed it was the wrong door for the jam size wad wrong. Where on the description does it say the size of the jam. It is just as important as length and with and customer is supposed to assume it’s right

We are selling our home and we needed a new backdoor because our previous one was falling apart. This door is beautiful, I love the windows in it and the light that is comes in our kitchen now.

After trying for over a year to get the door...
After trying for over a year to get the door I ordered, and reordered twice, I decided to get this door. I think it's made well, but had a lot of dents and scratches- and I paid full price for it.

This door replaced a backdoor that was 97 years old....
This door replaced a backdoor that was 97 years old. The new door has just as much light and character. I am extremely pleased. The fit and seal are perfect. Note that has a bit to do with my awesome installer as well. I will be buying another fri the front door.
