The door was wrapped in cardboard on all sides except the bottom, and sure enough, there were nicks, damage, and frayed edges at the bottom where handlers rested the edge, bumped it, etc. So frustrating. Just wrap the whole thing! And handlers need to care about the product in the interim.

The door looks used. It looks like it was cut for hinges and poorly filled.

It's certainly solid and heavy. I picked it up from HD and it's packaging was very flimsy and had ripped in places. When I got it home and unpacked it there were a couple of minor dings but not bad enough for me to trek back to HD for. Packaging would be my major gripe, door itself looks nice.

We installed these in our condo to allow more light to hallways and these look fantastic! It's a solid door a great upgrade from the builder grade doors originally installed. We are now ordering more for the rest of the rooms. Love that these are translucent but still keep privacy for bedroom and bathroom doors. The modern look is perfect.

The door came in on time and was in perfect shape.. I’ve already gotten it up and we love it.. it’s got double swing hinges for my mudroom/ bathroom and it’s more privacy than we expected

We wanted to replace our pocket doo lading into our laundry room to provide more light. This door is just perfect!It is very heavy and took many weeks to receive it but it was worth the wait!!

The door was shipped to the store in about 3 weeks. When I went to pick the door up there was a large scratch in the paint at the the top of the door and a scratch in the glass, also at the top of the door. I returned the door Immediately and am now waiting for my second door to come in. I was disappointed to see how the door was shipped. Hardly any protection on it to prevent scratches. I am hoping my second door will be better. Other than the scratches the door looked great and well built

For the price that you paid for these doors, the film on the glass that gives you privacy should be more than a cheap plastic film.

Door was fine. Damaged in shipment. Had to be returned. Replacement was utterly unacceptable, stile didn't match one side to the other. Had to be returned. Waiting on third door

Very good, sturdy, and heavy door. Much better looking than a plain wooden door.

This door is exactly what we were looking for in a barn door! We love it!

Love the style of the door BUT it came quite banged up- My contractor even made comment - they asked if I got a discount cuz of the state the door was in Ironically it came a month before expected Date stamped on bottom of door was January 2017 So maybe it was a return

Would be 5 stars but it took 2.5 months to get the door and then Home Depot damaged the door in the store. They discounted the door which made me happier. Finally, if you buy one be sure to get the bottom factory cut for any floor guides... not easy to cut or have someone cut for you.

Cheaply made door, arrived with chipped edges.

The door was just as it appeared in the picture. I was able to paint it with two coats of cabinet paint and install it with barn-like slider hardware. It's really heavy. I needed help just to flip it over. But the hardware was designed for that weight. I love the frosted glass that lets light through without feeling exposed to the next room.
