In general the product is good just before installation make sure all the components inside are properly secure, l recommend you to adjust all screw and nuts, they are not properly tight from factory, l installed two already.

I purchased the mirror as a gift online. The person I bought it for wanted shiny instead of brushed chrome so they returned it to the store, but the store would not reorder it. They got a merchandise credit but couldn’t use it online to reorder the shiny chrome mirror. They got it from another store

I liked the mirror but I had to return it because the base didn’t cover the box that was installed in the wall. I had to buy one with a round base to fit instead.

Thought this mirror had LEDlighting but it did not. The mirror is lighted, just not very bright. I will try to replicareplace the bulbs with LED bulbs for a brighter shine. My husband uses it to pull ingrown hairs from his beard. Still needs more lighting. The magnification is great.

I bought a hard wired light, not to make more work for myself, but to have a reliable, bright light to shave with. I should’ve save myself all the work and bought an unlit one. The mirror doesn’t provide enough light to do anything with. Useless

It installed easily and being its wire direct I didn't loose an outlet.

The mirror was just what my wife wanted. If you have an electrical outlet in a location that makes the mirror convenient to use - this is an excellent product. She especially likes the light for its coverage and color - says it works great for makeup. Installation was easy and unit is secure.
