Had for 3 weeks and finally got to use it. It mowed great and was easy to operate.

Garage kept and regularly maintained but now cant keep it running. It just chokes down and cuts off. So much for this being a hassle free mower. New plugs, fuel and filters but still a $4000 yard ornament.

It’s one the best purchases I’ve made!!!

It runs excellent handles very well but with the three blade deck it needs to be at least a 28 or 29 hp it bogged down pretty easily in mulch mode but other than that it is a awesome machine

Love my NEW John Deere. Wasn't too impressed that they tried to sell me a used one first. Had to use some choose words to get them to pull a new one out for me.

This is one hellava machine.

Excellent so far, cut 5 or 6 times. Fast, easy to operate, even cut! Love it!

I love this zero-turn I should have bought one years ago well worth the money all my neighbors are using it every week

Great mower for a good price. Small enough to fit in tight places and large enough to take on a heavy job.

Great Tractor. Rating is for the tractor not the HD service. Ordering on HD online was easy, however when I went to pick it up, was told first it was not assembled, which it was, couldn't find keys, which were in the unit, could find operating manual so Associate printed one off. Found manual with extra key storage compartment under seat. I took over an hour to complete delivery. Love the unit. has all of the features to making grass a pleasure.

It takes only half the time as it did with the same size mower on the tractor. Sorry I waited so long.

My husband bought this for me to help him cut our large property, while he uses the John deer tractor in the fields I use this one by our house. It's so efficient and cuts the grass really nice.

3 weeks in, and one Belt broken in week 2 with one flat tire week 3...not so good so far. !!! All not covered by "bumper-to-bumper !

I went from a standard lawn tractor (Craftsman) to this John Deere Zero-Turn. This thing is amazing. It has so much more power than my old lawn tractor and it just zips along. Takes some getting used to since there is no steering wheel or foot brake, but it does an amazing job. I absolutely love this. The one down side is that if you accelerate too quickly it will tear up the yard so drive gently.

I love the performance and ride of the John Deere Z365R. I did a lot of research prior to making my decision on a manufacturer and model, and couldn’t be happier with my choice of John Deere. I can’t wait to start mulching leaves in the fall, but let’s not rush it!

I like everything about this mower so far, 4hrs on it , but i get a puff of smoke at startup, since the first time i,ve used it , i have to choke it to start it , does anyone else get the smoke on startup and is this normal ? Larry M

10 minutes into using the z365r lawnmower the deck blades or belts are making a loud squeaking noise when in use. Motor is all corroded. Other than that it's great.

I wanted to love this mower but it is poorly built and the frame is extremely flexible and weak. When I go over uneven terrain I can feel the gram flexing underneath me. I will be returning this mower. I also found the handles too close for comfort for me.

Glad I went with the Z365R rather than the Z355R. Very nice mower for the price.

Great mower. Get the bumper attachment so you can tow your yard trailers and other equipment around your property.
