I needed new bathroom faucets. These are stunning in my bathroom. Their height is taller than I imagined, but they work just great. They are low flow, so saves on water, but I don't notice it when I turn the faucets on.

Excellent quality and beautiful! Totally pleased that I purchased the same faucet for a second bathroom update.

It’s been a month and I am enjoying the new sink and faucet.

This is a Polished Brass high quality product, worth the price. It was easy to install except for the plastic snap fittings attaching the valves to the faucet. They leaked even when they snapped in place loudly, requiring reinstallation several times until the snap fittings actually fit properly. I would prefer threaded fittings.

Great quality.  Good looking finish.  Ability to order replacement parts is good…even though similar Kohler faucets we have used for over 20 years seemingly don’t fail.  We replaced supposedly high quality lifetime warranty fixtures that only lasted about six years... so we brought Kohler ones for this bath too.

This product is heavy, which means its made of real metal, not some composite that is so prevalent these days. The piece at the base of the tap really adds to the beauty and design of the faucet. The instructions are clear and well illustrated. Two of the tubes that connect to the water outlet are not included, which is a bit frustrating given the high cost of the product.

2 weeks after it was installed the hot water stopped running. There was a clog inside the faucet and I had to pay a plumber $100 to uninstall and clear the stoppage. Very unhappy about this.

It looks beautiful, but we are not happy with the flow rate and the water seems a bit noisy as it comes out of the pipes

Excellent quality, as well as great looks. One can never go wrong with Kohler. Home Depot delivery was prompt and notifications timely.

This product was delivered with a stainless plunger unit not compatible with the vibrant polished Brass unit ordered. I contacted your customer service department on 5/6 and am waiting on the proper Vibrant Polished Brass replacement so I can finish the installation. I was informed the replacement shipped 5/12, but it has not arrived as yet. Reference your order number 95009197. Service department treated me very well and was very expert in resolving the problem. The unit looks great, but need the replacement plunger unit.

Bought this as a replacement for cheaper faucet from a box store. Was a recommendation from our plumber. So happy with it! Much better!
