2 weeks after it was installed the hot water stopped running. There was a clog inside the faucet and I had to pay a plumber $100 to uninstall and clear the stoppage. Very unhappy about this.

Excellent quality, as well as great looks. One can never go wrong with Kohler. Home Depot delivery was prompt and notifications timely.

This product was delivered with a stainless plunger unit not compatible with the vibrant polished Brass unit ordered. I contacted your customer service department on 5/6 and am waiting on the proper Vibrant Polished Brass replacement so I can finish the installation. I was informed the replacement shipped 5/12, but it has not arrived as yet. Reference your order number 95009197. Service department treated me very well and was very expert in resolving the problem. The unit looks great, but need the replacement plunger unit.

Bought this as a replacement for cheaper faucet from a box store. Was a recommendation from our plumber. So happy with it! Much better!

We needed to replace gold bathroom faucets so choices were limited. We loved the look of these but after they were installed, we found the water pressure noise to be very loud. The plumber said it was the design of the faucet and the only way to prevent the noise was to turn the water pressure very low. We hired a second plumber to see if the problem was with the installation but he agreed that it was in the design of the faucets. We have had 2 other kohler faucets in that bathroom and never had the problem before. When my husband gets up early and turns on the faucet, the water pressure noise is so loud, it wakes me up. Our choices are either very low water pressure or noise.

So far, so good. Installation was done professionally, and went smoothly though it did take some time. The faucets (I bought four) look great and fit in well with the rest of the bathroom fixtures. Very happy with the outcome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in bronze to replace one like it from 12 years ago that was leaking at the handle and evidently corroded inside. The plumber indicated that although it is same model # and look of the original, the inner workings are different. Don't know that that's a problem, but just something to note. Shipping was free and fast---had it in less than a week.
