Was hesitant about this sink after some reviews but we really wanted a black sink. We have been using it for a month now and absolutely love it. No problems with chipping, scratching or staining. We haven’t used any oil and I put it through some work putting in backsplash with the grout and sand. The size and depth is great.

My new KOHLER sink is extra deep and such a beautiful one. Easy to install. Our home is still under remodeling and the painters used it to wash out their equipment, I was appalled, but it cleaned up very well! It looks great in my kitchen!

Drain holes are in a different spot from our previous sink, so it was a little difficult reconnecting the plumbing. Other than that the sink is great. Looks good mounted under the new counter tops.

We are very disappointed in the quality of this sink. We purchased it because of the durability shown in the video and also the description. After installing the sink within a week we noticed it started to scratch very easily. Not as durable as they claim it to be.

I bought this sink about 6 months ago after a complete kitchen remodel. Long story short, buyer beware! You will only see vague care details on the Kohler website, but nowhere to be seen on the box or anywhere accessible when your making a purchase decision. According to Kohler tech support, this sink MUST be wiped dry after EVERY use. Any water left to dry will permanently leave calcium etching on the surface. You then must oil the sink with mineral oil (which it does look new when i do this), however it only lasts until you use dish soap on anything, then it washes off and you must oil it again. Kohler made a sink that can't get wet, imagine that!?! Kohlers remedy is they sent me a bottle of their brand new cleaner specifically for Neoroc and just came out in January. It essentially made it worse, and when i called them their comment was "the new cleaner is just to get the surface clean and prepped, you then still have to oil it". Really? Oiling aside, it still can't remove the water stains! I said no problem, it has a lifetime warranty so let's do that. But i do not want the same sink, i will send the Neoroc sink back and please send me a comparable stainless sink that by the way costs half the price and i can just be done. This has a lifetime warranty! It says so right on the box and is also marked right on the bottom of the sink! Here is a copy and paste verbatim of what the warranty states. " Finish reduction, scratching, staining and acid or alkaline etching of the finish over time due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions, are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear." So they will not stand behind their product. I will never buy a Kohler product again in my life, their customer service, support and warranty practices are a sham. BUYER BEWARE!

Clean look we Love ir so far. Installer didn't do great on the faucet hookup it still needs a bit of adjustment, which has nothin to do with sink rating. we choose top mount its very clean look

I installed this sink and was fairly easy. I also installed a garbage disposal. Great product. Wish there was a way to use clips besides just silicone to keep in place for top mount. But either way very happy with this purchase, also used a 10 percent off competitor (blue logo) coupon

Love this sink! It is beautiful and a great size! Very happy with the purchase. It only took my husband about an hour to put in once he got the old sink out.

the sink is advertised as 10 1/8" yet we received a 9 1/2" depth sink. will definitely be returning this one!!!

I purchased this sink in May 2019 and it didn’t even make it a week before it started showing signs of scratches. One of the main reasons for buying this sink was the claim in the product specifications that say it is scratch resistant. It just keeps getting worse. It claims to be a solid material, but these scratches show that below the surface it is not a solid material. It really looked great for about a week.

Easy to install, not too heavy , knockouts in right place, quiet when in use, good price, we like it, looks good. I would recommend very much.

I was like others that loved this sink but then had issues with the sink fading over time (years), I tried everything (Barkeepers, magic eraser, etc.) and thought it was hopeless. I even pulled the sink out and was ready to replace it but I decided to try one last thing that I read from Kohler, a $2.00 bottle of mineral oil from the pharmacy. THANK YOU Kohler! I was amazed at the result. It restored the sink to like new with no oily residue, no tacky feeling, just smooth and dry like it was the day I took it out of the box. I was so impressed I had to come to this site and post pictures so others could see the before and after. Learn from my experience and save your $$ on the fancy chemicals. This is a beautiful sink and has taken my families abuse for years.

We purchased this sink as part of a kitchen remodel in 2006. Instead of the stainless we opted for this because the stainless scratches. After about 4 years the sink started to discolor and each year it gets worse. Now it looks absolutely horrible! What's worse is I'm stuck with it because it is shaped and no other sink will fit the hole. I would NEVER EVER recommend this sink to my worst enemy. I expected more from Kohler. This is a picture of what it looks like today and this is after I cleaned it.

We looked for a long time for a sink to replace an older sink that we have had. We decided on this sink in Matte Brown. Very pleased and had it professionly installed. We had to have a plumber reroute pipes but that was just part of the expected install. The problem is that whenever I wash anything in this sink it leaves A film all around the inside of the sink. It looks like a milky residue. I even cleaned out a few paint brushes in the sink full of hot water and when i drained and cleaned the sink it still had this residue. Is there a special way to clean this or a special cleaner? I was afraid to use comet in the sink fearing scratches but my husband told me just last night it would be ok to use. I used the comet and cleaned both of the sinks. I took almost an hour doing this and I rinsed the sinks only to find this residue was still inside. HELP- am I doing something wrong? Should I not be able to wash anything in this sink? Did I ruin it?? The stains and residue have been in the sink since the first use about 2 months ago.

Its a Great sink, no water spots, simple install, the composite granite is really tough stuff. Took all the teeth off of a bi-metal hole saw after drilling 2 holes! Smacked the edge with the 25 pound weight that using to hold it down while the silicone set up didn't even make a mark. I'm going to say it again Its a great sink!

I absolutely love this sink! I paired it with a MOEN Arbor Single-Handle Pull-Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with Power Boost in Oil Rubbed Bronze, you have to buy the strainer baskets separate this is a 3 1/2 inch opening so I went with Elkay Polymer Drain Fitting for 3-1/2 in. Sink Drain Opening in Black. The combination made for a very beautiful sink. Was going for a more rustic look, not a huge fan of stainless steel sinks and faucets wanted to add something more fun and defining, this has been a hit with everyone who sees it and gets lots of compliments. Would definitely recommend. Drains are set back further than the ordinary in the middle drains so we hired a plumber to install everything for us. Thank you Home Depot, I have bought from you for years and when remodeling kitchen you were the first place I went to!!! I attached a before and after picture from stainless to the new beautiful black sink and rubbed bronze oil faucet. My son is closing on his house soon and first thing he wants to do is change his sink and faucet out, so will be shopping for more fun kitchen items soon!!!!

The sink is beautiful and I love the single basin style, BUT it is not scratch resistant as the company claims it to be. We chose to go with this because of Kohler's claim that is durable, scratch resistant, stain resistant, and heat resistant, and impact resistant. I can tell you that it is definitely not scratch resistant. A week after installation, we started seeing scratches. With the sink being black, the scratches are very visible. ALSO, if you have hard water, do not let the water dry on the sink or you'll have water stains. We dry the sink every time. This sink is very high maintenance.

This Kennon sink by Kohler is made from granite composite. It has a very nice matte black finish that is very durable and sharp looking. The sink opening measures 25” across and 17” front to back (22” if you include the faucet mounting flange). Its depth is 10”, making this sink a great choice for a laundry room. It is designed to either be mounted as a drop in unit or as an under mount. One faucet mounting hole is already pre drilled and up to an additional three holes can be added simply by knocking out precut and measured plugs. Instructions are included for under mount and drop in configurations along with a cut out template.

\I saw this black sink and I instantly thought utility/pantery sink,And that's exactly what I used it for. I really like the synthetic granite finish until you need to put another hole in it for a three holed faucet.It comes with direction on how to do it so I thought it would be no problem. Its pretty primitive way of blowing it out with a hard hammer hit then clean up the edges with a punch , Deffinetly recommend just use a single hole faucet

Excitement to say the least when this beautiful sink arrived. The Kennon Neoroc Granite Composite sink is the prefect addition to the new cabinet I am building for my laundry room. Even though it would look "great" in my kitchen, I'll drop it into a nice counter for my laundry room. This single- bowl sink is absolutely an elegant and rich looking sink. It's obvious that it has extreme durability and so color rich that it will last for years. The depth is perfect, perfect, perfect. Very excited to get to use this beautiful sink. It comes with complete instructions and the holes are marked for install on faucets. Very happy with this.

Easy to install. Looks great with my new copper faucet. Love the single basin and can now soak and wash almost any size casserole dishes, pots, etc.! Kiidj69

Loving the design and new look! Only reason for a 4 star is the install requirement... maybe I'm old school, but I feel it should use anchors to hold in place rather than silicone only. But overall we love it!

it looks so nice, it is a great size and deep enough for all my pots! I did notice a smooth spot in the front but that's my only complaint.

The only reason I gave it a 4 is on the front of the sink middle top it has a dull place in the finish, not enough for us to return it. It is installed now and looks great.
