I installed 2 years ago it should not fail so soon.

I bought this to replace the Moen kitchen faucet that I previously purchased. When the Moen faucetwas installed it leaked heavily from under the sink. This Kohler kitchen faucet installed perfectly, works flawlessly and looks great!

I like that it doesn't have all these grooves and details to have to keep clean. Installation was easy but I wish it used a more universal sprayer hose because I expect it to eventually crack like the hose from the faucet it replaced. These "quick connect" features are gimmicks at best. Once they start leaking and none of the Danco kits can give you a leak free fit, it's either wait two weeks for a replacement or shell out for a new faucet. Hopefully this kit will last better, else I'll be starting a reddit campaign to shame these faucet manufacturers into getting their acts together. Planned obsolescence is not socially responsible.

Has low flow and when sprayer used water keeps flowing out of faucet. Within a week c alled Kohler and they said that is not right and immediately processed new parts which are on the way. Will see if new parts fix the problem. Like the appearance of unit. So time will tell when new parts put in

I purchased this Faucet last week, it has already begin leaking under the handle. I contacted kohler, they are sending a replacement cartridge. I hope this solves the problem;or im returning it and buying another brand.

We like that you can turn off anywhere on faucet

bought in January of 2020. replaced faucet November 2021. split was difficult to move Bennett that holds stem would not move impossible to losen finally the Bonnet was so bad it broke. bought new one cause replacement bonnet could not be found I will see how this new one works out this could be my last kohler

I purchased this faucet 3 years ago to replace a 12 year old Moen faucet on my kitchen sink. It looked great and functioned well until about 3 months ago. Now, whenever you pivot the spout, the action is rough and makes squeaking noises. No longer the smooth, quiet action you would expect. While I love the look of the faucet, I will have to replace the faucet. Since I got less than 3 years of use, almost ANY faucet would provide that length of service. Beautiful design but poor quality.

We have had Kohler replace this faucet 3 times so far due to leaks that could not be professionally repaired. The faucet body becomes stiff and difficult to move(turn). This last time it was the spray arm that sprung a leak. Damage to the wood under the sink cabinet x3. Had the Forte Kitchen faucet before Mistos and had similar issues.

Super easy installation, very very smooth operating handle and swivel. I would highly recommend this faucet. I do home repairs for a living and have installed alot of faucets. This is by far the smoothest and easiest install. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Terrible design. Made in China. Difficult to repair. Becomes hard to rotate. Tried to open it for cleaning. Could not unscrew bonnet nut. We gave up and dripped solvent and oil on top. Now it squeaks when rotated. Not recommended. Disappointed in Kohler.

These become hard to rotate after a while. It was very hard to get the 2.5mm Allen wrench into the hole in the handle. We found it impossible to unscrew the bonnet nut, which had to be done to take it apart for cleaning. We gave up and just dripped Citra-Solve, alcohol, and WD-40 on top and rotated it a lot. It does move somewhat better now, but squeaks when rotated. Terrible design. Difficult or impossible to repair.

No problems on install. Easy. Bought this one because it matches my other one that has been in use (and still is) since 2003. Kohler stands behind their designs. I have been and continue to be pleased.

Overall, the faucet is only ok. We've had it for around 13mos, but have only really lived in the house with it for the past 6. I got it on clearance, so I paid less than the currently listed price. That is the only reason I'm not super upset. The water flow/pressure is weak and the sprayer sticks on. I've soaked it in vinegar and cleaned it thoroughly, but it's made little difference. It squeaks when pressed and oftentimes won't disengage even when the water is turned off via the main handle. We used to be able to press the top of the sprayer button to divert water back to the main faucet, but that doesn't always work anymore. Many times has someone gone to use the sink, only to get unexpectedly blasted in the face, chest, or waist (depending on the height of the user) by water out of the sprayer. Ever put on clean socks then accidentally step in something wet before you get your shoes on? It's even worse than that. Anyway, there's nothing within the mechanism I can lube or adjust, and monkeying with it further will most likely result in plastic parts being broken. Also there's apparently no compatible sprayer head replacements.

I bought this today. Easy to install. The finish is nice and matches our sink basin perfectly. Everything works nice and smooth, what you expect from Kohler product at an affordable price!
