Attractive and sturdy. The handle turns, rather than being pulled out. That is confusing to guests and a little awkward.

I got this for some kind of crazy clearance price, so I'm pretty happy with just about any quality product at that price. It's a nice Kohler, so I'd probably like it for more money too, but it was such a good sale

Excellent and Beautiful

It looked nice but I had to return it as the handle was missing from the package.

I can only say GOOD because we haven't had much of a chance to give the faucets a real try yet. But it looks VERY nice. Love the Brushed Nickel look! And we now have a single handle instead of the two handles we were used to all these years, so that's a plus.

Bought this thinking in quality, but it is not. Less than a year the faucet have problems with hot water. Search around for the fix, it is recommended I replace the cartridge. I also ignore some of the reviews of problems at installation, and it did happen to me also. You need to install it deep, or will have problems.

I had a plumber install 2 of these in 2 baths I am refreshing. I used it in 1 bath ONCE, and it is completely discolored - head, valve and faucet. I could shoot myself for not reading the reviews before buying - Wiping down the shower immediately after using it is not something 99.9% of the population does after taking a shower. I think Kohler needs to admit the 'brushed nickel' material is defective and give us a refund. They should also pull this product from the market until they use better material. Honestly, they knew the coating would discolor after getting wet and continue to make it and sell it. Home Depot should pull it off the shelves immediately. DO NOT BUY! Unless you like ugly, spotted and stained shower hardware.

First, this product should not bear the Kohler Brand because it is by far the worst of its kind. The installation of this $200 faucet has had a total cost of $600 dollars because the bathroom tiles had to be replaced in order to fix the issues of this faucet. The material is made of the worst plastic materials and I had to return the item twice due to missing parts, parts that don't match, and like other reviews said I am disappointed in the company that made this. Within 2 weeks of being installed, the faucet had to be replaced.

Easy to install if you know how to do plumbing work, otherwise have a plumber or home Depot install it.

While not experienced with plumbing work, I have put up new lights and towel racks in my bathroom and swapped out the faucet on my sink with matching unit from Kohler, so do have the experience to swap this out with my current Kohler set up. As noted in the title, it's basically impossible to install this the way the instructions tell you to. . 1) The tub faucet - First, you need over 4" of exposed pipe to try to install this, so if you have an older style faucet like mine with 3" of pipe, your stuck with calling a plumber to have them extend the pipe. Also, whatever you do, do not loosen the set screw so that the set ring can fall out. Did this by accident and it took me 20 mins to get it back in the faucet because the ring is two interlocking pieces that have locating nubs. So if the two pieces are interlocked properly, they won't go into the locating notches. And since where you are trying to put them is over 3" down in the faucet, which is longer than most people's fingers, you can't hold the pieces together and try to place them in position. Just an absolute nightmare trying to put them back. . 2) Shower controls - There are two plates used for install of the shower controls. There is a mounting plate that screws into the mounting hardware that's in the wall and then the decorative faceplate that's your apparently supposed to snap on to this. Only one problem, the cavity on the back side of the faceplate is much deeper than the mounting points for it on the mounting plate. Which means that once the mounting plate is attached, the faceplate it too tall to reach the mounting plate (ie the 2 pieces don't touch) and leaves it loose on the wall, so it can spin freely after everything is installed. If it is supposed to spin freely, and I can't fathom why, the assembly instructions don't indicate this. So I have no idea if I'm putting this together correctly or not. . 3)Control lever stack up issues - As with all shower controls there is a little square adapter that acts as a bridge between the water control mechanisms and the control lever. While I could get the adapter to fit in the lever and on the water controls, I couldn't get all three pieces to assemble together. This is a big deal because you are supposed to push everything together and then screw the lever housing back on to the mounting plate to tighten everything up. I could never get the adapter to fully engage with both the control mechanism and the lever enough so that I could start the housing threads (and yes I flipped it both ways). And you can't really push on this too hard or you will crack your pipes behind the wall and flood your home! It appears to be what Engineer's refer to as a "stack up issue" which means the max allowable size on the outside of the adapter is basically the same size as smallest allowable min size of the mating cavity in the handle assembly. With the same thing going on between the OD teeth on the controller and the ID teeth of the adapter. While you could put the adapter on either of the other two pieces individually, you couldn't put all three together because it was too tight of a fit. Even tried some plumber's grease on the outside of the adapter to help it slide on, didn't work. . Basically you have a very poorly designed set both at the macro and micro level. There is no reason to require 4" of exposed pipe for the tub faucet, you could easily modify it's internal structures to work with 3" or even 2" of exposed pipe. And obviously it is a lot CHEAPER to cut off a long pipe and re-thread it vs adding a 1" extension. Add that to all the assembly problems with the control parts, and it's just JUNK. Trying to replace an existing Kohler shower set with a new one should not be this difficult. So I've already spent $200 on this, now have to decide if I want to spend another $500+ for a plumber to come deal with this or buy something that doesn't match my faucet, thanks for nothing Kohler!!

Looks beautiful. Installation was a little confusing as there were multiple add on’s to the trim kit without clear directions.

I mean do they even try anymore?!? Tub spout horrible design, the handle and tighten the plate cover made no sense. Stick to moen

Returned this item as it is made almost entirely from plastic. $200 for plastic. Didn’t meet my expectations when considering quality. I typically love and prefer Kohler brand items, but this one seemed cheap so I returned.

I had buy Rubicon faucet few times for my clients, they love it because have a Nice look, easy to install, overall good for the price.

I liked the product, but when I opened it, it was missing parts. I had to return it.
